"Bad experience this evening with delivery. My pizza was delivered to the wrong address across the street from me. When my neighbor arrived home, he kindly brought it over to my house, by then my pizza was cold. I contacted Marco’s Pizza and asked to speak to manager. Coincidentally., the person who took my order Devin, who happened to be the manager and delivery driver. He treated me, with poor customer service and refused to deliver me another hot pizza in exchange for the cold one he delivered across the street. His option to was,I would have to pay half price for another one or drive out to him and get a free one. Please help me make sense of this deal."

"Let's start by saying I'm from NYC and I probably have some of the best pizza that this country has to offer. At the first attempt of this joint and I could not be more pleasantly surprised. Started with 2 orders of wings, the Thai Chili (amuses) tried sweet and spicy and then went with your typical buffalo. Wings are huge, fleshy and tasty. Now to the pizza. Had to try the typical Pepporoni thin crust, crust was not crispy thin, but rather NY-style pizza. Pie was cooked for perfection, not chewing and tasty. Also went with their White Pie, which is listed on their menu as Great White. Pizza has a great garlic taste, sun-dried tomatoes, provolone and feta, Ricotta lumps during the cake. Basil was also fresh during the COVID. I have ours without onions, but overall one of the best white cakes I had. So glad I had the opportunity to try this place, I'm sorry, no pictures, family started devoting everything before I could even pull out my phone, but I'm sure I'm back to try another fare, and I'll keep my preacious family in the bay long enough to grab some mouth-watering pics."

"The pizza with Follow Your Heart cheese is delicious. Eating the pizza cold the next day with this cheese is almost better than eating it hot. The pretzel bites can be served with olive oil instead of butter and the salt. Ask for pizza sauce or dip with the pretzels instead of the regular cheese. The tofu and tempeh subs are also great. This location also offers King of Pops pickles."

"We were a little weary being seated at a table right next to the open kitchen but boy were we delighted! Hearing the camaraderie among the cooks really made our day as they were very funny while working so hard. The manager stopped by to apologize in case the noise was bothering us but we told her that we were quite enjoying ourselves. Her “dinner and a show” comment made us laugh too. "I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. They make it very clear that they are a franchise, which means they don't adhere to the quality or experience you might expect. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by 10:30. I arrived at 10:45, only to be told that Google had the wrong hours and they actually close at 10. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have a hard time getting a refund as well. To make matters worse, it seemed like there were only young workers running the establishment, and customer service was clearly lacking in their hiring. This place really tarnishes the reputation of Marco's name."

"that's really the best vegan pizza I've ever had. they have to go and tempeh as beats! I have veggies, vegan cheese, plus tempeh with jerk sauce. makes it sharp, but not too. all in all, very satisfied. my man agreed. I wish they had all the crawling, big bummer. the crust is delicious – and by the other more valuable, in any case they ask for the crust without butter or cheese. the salate was very good to fyi."

"I've heard so much about how great Mellow Mushroom is, especially since the team has been going there after the championship soccer game every year. This year, as a new member of the team, we were really looking forward to our visit. However, we were disappointed to find out that even with an entire section available, they wouldn't seat us and told us to wait an hour for the patio. There was plenty of seating inside the restaurant. When we suggested that we could sit as families and asked if there was any way to accommodate us, the manager responded in the most disrespectful tone I've ever encountered in customer service, telling us to go somewhere else. We understood that they were short-staffed, but the place wasn't busy at all. There was ample room, and we would have happily waited. The rudeness we experienced was completely unwarranted, and I will not be returning to this restaurant. I will also be sure to tell everyone I know to dine elsewhere. With customer service like this, it seems the only reason the restaurant is still in business is due to its name."

"I'm just going to say it; this place IS the best pizza in Jonesboro. I've had 4 different pizzas from here and all have been excellent. To give context, I've tried 8 different pizza places in town and Marcos beats them all. My wife feels the same way. The service is always fast and quick to deliver. They've never messed up an order and are friendly the two times we picked up. Can't say much for ambiance since we hardly go In. Today I tried the thick crust Philly cheese steak and it was great. I probably will stick with original crust going forward to save calories since it's just as good! Highly recommend."

"Worst pizza we 've ever had. Ordered online and when my husband went to pick it up, the guy at the counter opened it up to show him. Pizza is burnt, looks like its missing 10% of the pizza. When my husband complained, he said normally we don 't serve food like this. No offer to remake or refund. Only the second time we ordered here. 1st time was great, this time, bad enough that we won 't be trying them a third time."

"Inside or outside seating. The bar area is open to inside and smoke comes through ???? . Crust flavor different than most, it is yellow-brown and you can taste the yeast in the dough ???? . You can make a Medium pizza half and half if you can't decide whichpizza to get. Regular crust makes 6 good slices and two filled me up. Gluten free crust is small and bit pricey but good optionwhen needed. Plain Brownie wasn't really worth it. Would be better warm with icecream."

"Food was cold. Service was slow. Waitress either had a severe case of RBF or was in a truly foul mood. I’ve been to other locations with good food and service so I’m not sure why this one is so terrible. I also left my phone on the table on accident. I went back about an hour later to try to find it and the seating hostess kept lying about what happened when it was found. My husband had to threaten the manager to call the police to report the imei number as stolen since the phone was turned off even though it was charged 50% when I left it. Manager reviewed the tapes and saw seating hostess crumple the note on it, toss note in the trash and then hide the phone under the front desk. He searched the desk and found it in the back. Seating hostess says it was off because it fell in a mop bucket and got wet. Phone was not wet when found and turned on just fine."

"I don't get the hype. Not bad, not great.. The menu looked awesome, so many new flavors to choose from. I got the Holy Shitake pizza and it was so bland! The crust reminds me of garlic breadsticks, too filling. I saw a few mushrooms sitting in oil, it was a sad sight. AA got the meat pizza and it was awesome. The meats were really flavorful and it wasn't soggy. I got a tossed salad and that was a sad sight indeed. Bagged lettuce. Make that browning bag lettuce. No tomatoes as advertised, no carrots, a few bland mushrooms. Service was on point, has to be as the tables are tiny if you have more than 2 people and numerous dishes. It wasn't the worst I ever had and I'd go back if my company really wanted to and definitely order something different."

"I have mowed mushrooms several times, but every time I go there, they get my food wrong! when I order a vegan calzone, they put butter and cheese on it. when I order pizza, they do the same, and it is not even a gentle mushroom, it is all of them. I have even taken care to remind them not to put the butter and parmesan on it, and they still do each time. Unfortunately, this is only a company-wide problem. So be aware of that. as soon as they get their food right, it's okay, though. Most of their foods are just lasting of brot. both the calzone and the pizza just feel as if you eat brot and the brot is very dirty. the children like the kids pizza with vegan cheese and honestly I think it is better than their regular pizza as it takes place on the hoagie brot. something about her pizza dough is just not good. I also think they used another vegan cheese and it was so much better. the ones they use now is that I think they follow their hearts? and it does not melt well and has a strange texture. overall it is a cool place to go and we go there when with a group of non- vegans, as there is a lot to choose for everyone, but I don't go there otherwise. updated by previous review on 2019-07-16"
