"I ordered food and never received it. I called because I was waiting for a hour for a cheesesteak and 10 Buffalo wings. The person the phone said the driver should be close and on the way to me. Time goings by I called the store again was put on hold and hung up on. Now it’s 12:00 am and the store is closed. I order my food at 10:25 pm and I couldn’t get throw to anyone anymore after they hung up on me. The food was already paid for I paid with my card. So they just took my money and knew they wasn’t gonna deliver my food."

"They got our order wrong. We ordered a quesadilla with only cheese and chicken and they added peppers onions and tomatoes. They forgot the garlic bread on our shrimp basket and I called to let them know, they did absolutely nothing to compensate. They were just gonna write it down in their notes and that was it and I had ordered additional meal."

"Could give them 0 stars I would. Spend $60. On dry burnt wings all nasty, the pizza looked like old cheese just nasty, salad looked dirty an old, never again it’s disgusting I’m calling health board on them. Just a waste of ppls money, plus I tip. Horrible"

"That's right in there. Detroit Style Pizza is at the Springfield of Cocco and it is AWESOME! They simply added it to the menu this weekend, so we gave it a try today. Delicious from the sauce (Garlic w some zest) to the cheese (pot, fresh) to the crust (beautiful crisp edges so good). And it's huge. Three hungry adults are over halfway. Cocco’s Springfield: Please keep this on the menu. It was amazing and we will be back for more! Yum!"

"Preface by saying I’ve ordered here for 35 years. Been decent. Lately service is terrible, today ordered 2 pizzas. That’s it. They said 25 min. I called after 50 min and they said a mistake was made that it was leaving soon and sorry. Fine. After 1 hour and 10 min I called and they said they weren’t sure. After 1 hour 25 min I just gave up and ordered from Somewhere else, I called and told them to cancel it. Driver shows up 10 min later lol , I tipped him 5 bucks and said I’m sure it’s not your fault but sorry can’t pay for 4 pizzas now. It’s a shame , they know they will be this busy it’s been years. Hire more drivers or people."

"Pizza was amazing!! I'm from Jax Beach, so I was skeptical about how good the pizza would be, as we have a lot of really good mom and pop places up there, but I was NOT disappointed!! Not only was the pizza-for-one perfectly sized but they put on a really good amount of toppings! Soooo good! Thanks for the great food!"

"The pizza was amazing—tasty and perfectly crafted with plenty of toppings. The staff were friendly and attentive. My only issue was that the pizza menu was shown on a lighted board, while other items like wings and spaghetti were on a smaller menu. As it was my first time there, I didn't know those other options were available. I will definitely be back!"
