"I was very disappointed with the chicken marsala I had tonight. The marsala sauce was incredibly thin, there were way too many onions, and it was all crammed into a small container. When I placed my order, I was prompted to choose a side of pasta and a dressing for my salad, followed by my drink and dessert. However, I never received my salad. When I called the restaurant to address this, I was told that the app was incorrect and that it was either pasta or salad, not both. Did the restaurant really just acknowledge that the app is wrong while refusing to honor it? This isn’t my mistake. My dissatisfaction isn’t just because the salad was missing; my entire order felt poorly put together with little regard for my enjoyment. Even my slice of cheesecake looked like half a piece. It definitely wasn’t worth the $4.50 I was charged for it. Overall, I was not satisfied after spending $35.00 on this meal, and I won’t be ordering from here again."
