"I'm usually pretty easygoing with my ratings, but this place was awful. From the moment my sister and I walked in, the music abruptly stopped, which felt oddly suspicious. We received no greeting—no smiles or acknowledgment—so I had to say hello to the waitress myself. She just dropped the menus on the table without a word and avoided eye contact. At that point, I almost left, but we decided to stay.
For appetizers, we ordered nachos with dip, only to find a straw wrapper and some trash at the bottom of the plate. I told the waitress, and she apologized, bringing us a new dish. After that, we ordered our mains, but no one checked on us during the entire meal. The staff seemed unwelcoming, especially if you didn’t share their ethnic background.
If you’re considering trying this place, maybe go for it, but my experience was a disaster. The food was also disappointing, and I truly mean that. I wanted to find something positive to say, but I just can’t. Even my normally optimistic sister agreed."
