"I ordered a pizza at 7:30 PM for $48.00, but it did not arrive until 9:45 PM and was hardly warm. Due to the delay, I ultimately decided not to eat it. I attempted to reach out to the Woodridge location, but my calls went unanswered and after being placed on hold for 30 minutes, I was disconnected. This was definitely the worst experience I have had with a popular pizza chain. I would recommend avoiding ordering from Domino's as the service was lacking, the pizza was delivered late and cold, and it was extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. Be cautious, as they take your money and offer substandard service."

"When I first walked in, the place was cluttered and messy, but I didn't mind it because I was just looking for some food. I ordered a 6-piece combo with fries and brought my $11 meal home, excited to eat after a long day. However, when I opened the box, I was taken aback by the appearance of the food, and then the smell hit me. I was shocked to think I had received expired food for $11. The chicken looked quite dry, but I figured the taste would make up for it, or so I hoped. Sadly, the smell was off and the chicken tasted spoiled. Disappointed, I set the chicken aside and decided to try the fries instead. They were just mediocre. If you're looking for fried chicken, I strongly advise you to avoid this place."

"The food is as good as ever, but the service has unfortunately become HORRIBLE over the past few weeks! The restaurant staff has been rude both over the phone and in delivery. I've been ordering from here for years, and my manager, coworkers, and I have always been happy with the service. We work in a hotel and frequently recommend this restaurant to our guests. While the guests enjoy the food, they've recently started complaining about the service. In the past, lunch deliveries were brought right to the front desk without any issues, but now they want us to go outside to pick it up. Since when did this change? They even asked a disabled guest to go outside to retrieve his meal from the driver."

"This place has incredible food, atmosphere, staff and pricing. As far as family dining goes this is definitely a go to location. We ordered 3 pizza pies here and I have to say that they were totally amazing. They combine the toppings so that the pie is delicious but the toppings don't over power the sauce or the cheese. I would give them 10 stars if it were an option!"

"I placed an order through DoorDash, but one item was missing. When I called the restaurant, they informed me that the item hadn’t been given to the driver because it was still cooking, yet they let him leave without my complete order. DoorDash arranged for a redelivery, but when the driver arrived, they had given my food to someone else. This caused my driver and my kids to wait for an extra hour. I received no apologies, and when I called the restaurant again, the employee said they wouldn’t provide any credit for the inconvenience. I asked for the names of the staff on shift since I was advised to call back the next day when the owner would be there. Instead of helping me, they hung up on me. I remained calm but was very disappointed, especially since I order from this restaurant quite often. The service was completely unacceptable."

"This place is amazing. We used to eat there every Friday evening since it opened. Now that we no longer live in the area, we stop in every chance we get which is about 3 or 4 times a year. It never disappoints. The food is delicious and everyone is very friendly. This is the ultimate place in South Fl for pizza and rolls. Everything else is good too though. Oh, and the prices are spot on. One of my favorite Italian joints, and I've eaten at some of the best."

"I want to give a shout-out to Silver Lake Pizza! While staying at The Breakers hotel, I ordered a pizza through Seamless, but it arrived cold and without any cheese. I was understandably upset, so I called Silver Lake Pizza to share my experience. They were incredibly apologetic and friendly, and they promptly sent me a brand new, hot pizza with cheese, which arrived in just about 10 minutes. The pizza was delicious! Silver Lake Pizza also explained that when you order through Seamless, they handle the order differently, which can lead to issues. I highly recommend ordering directly from Silver Lake Pizza instead; those delivery apps can be a hassle. I was very pleased with how Silver Lake Pizza responded to my complaint. They were sincerely sorry and fixed the problem right away. Great people, and they truly deserve your business!"

"What I love about New York City is that you can usually find good pizza almost anywhere. But this place was even better than good. In fact, I think I could smell the pizza as soon as I stepped onto the nearby station platform. It immediately made me crave a slice, and I felt like I could just float on the delicious aroma wafting up from the street below. The plain slices were also reasonably priced, which is a nice bonus. One bite, and I was completely satisfied. The crust was thin and had a slight crispiness to it without being hard or crunchy. The sauce was flavorful, with a bit of pepperiness and a chunky texture. And the cheese was just right, giving that wonderfully gooey stretch when you take a bite. Honestly, it’s one of the best slices of pizza I’ve ever had. I would give it 10 stars if I could!"

"I have been a loyal customer for a long time, despite facing consistent disappointments. It's now been almost four hours since my son placed an order so I would have food when I got home. They claimed there was a delay because of a Wi-Fi issue. After waiting three hours, I arrived home on time for the food, only to find out that they forgot my burger. I called them, and they said they would send it right away, but it took an additional 40 minutes to arrive! Now it's 7:50 PM and my order just got here. There was no discount or any complimentary offer for the inconvenience. The wait is always 30 to 45 minutes longer than estimated. My daughter loves their food, which is the only reason I keep ordering, but my patience is wearing thin. We ordered at 4:20 PM, and now at 7:55 PM, I’m finally about to eat my burger while everyone else is already done with their meals."
