I reached out through the app, but instead of quickly processing a refund, the issue was handed over to the store, and the manager never contacted me or issued a refund. I used to visit this place regularly, but it seems that the local franchise is the only one addressing these issues. I decided to go back to the store in person and explained the situation to the staff behind the counter, who then took my $3 for the Diet Coke. At this point, it felt more like a hassle to ask for a refund. Mistakes happen, and I understand that employees aren’t to blame, but it seems like the manager and those higher up just don’t care about customer service. I won't be returning."
