"One of my worst experiences out in a while. Food wasn't terrible, but everything else was. The water was served in disgusting plastic cocktail cups, we ordered 3 drinks and 2 came out, then 5 minutes later the third came out. We ordered 3 mofongos, and it took forever for them to come out. The music was insanely loud, with songs repeating, and long ads playing in between them. Then, when we got the bill, we saw they add a 15% service charge. Best of all, we showed them we had a Groupon, and then told us it wasn't good until next month. They don't take Groupon right now. I showed them it expired this month, and they took my phone into the back for 5 minutes, came back out, and said ok fine, they'd accept it, but we needed to pay the rest in cash. Wouldn't send my enemies it's so bad."
