"Came in for a bagel with cream cheese. Had a bad experience with their so called friendly customer service. Looks like they care for their friends first, then a customer. They talk too much, then the other customer has to wait for their turn .The employees are so rude, they make faces for everything, not professional at all. I ordered a poppy seed bagel, and the lady had a mad face and gave me a total different bagel realized when I was in my car going home) Plus they are pricey. I know you got customers who are personal friends, but it does not mean you have to stay there talking to them, then when done with your conversation, the next person gets served. You talk to your friends at home, your OWN time. I could go on but no more space. Never coming back here...people had warned me before..but still went. the Sip ave location is much better and better customer service."
