"The place has plenty of parking out front. Recommend you lock your car as the area has had a series of breakins.I think I would consider this the Chipotle of pho. It does the job but it doesn't taste as fresh or authentic. Like I like it for a quick craving but def not my go to. I was in a rush and took a friend. Broth was very savory and salty- I personally like the salty taste so it was good. The produce looked old unfortunately. The service was not great. They directed me to the table and didn't check in on us and didn't provide water either. The inside looks nice and clean but def could use better service for next visits."

"Amazing! Me and my mom usually go to this place for a girls night or whenever I’m sick. The broth tastes good, the noodles are al dente and their side dishes, such as the popcorn chicken, are really good. I anticipate that the popcorn chicken is crispy and cooked perfectly, and guess what? It did! And the best thing about this is that you can eat pho when you’re sick, when it’s raining, when it’s cold, or whenever you’re craving it! I would recommend this place"

"This will be my new go to for fruity teas!!! I have been looking for a place that sells fruity teas that would be as good as here. I got the honey delight tea and everything was balanced out well. There was no bitterness, some places sell fruit teas and it's way too bitter. Which is why I never order milk teas because most places don't make good ones. The strawberry bits were not sour either. it added more flavor to the tea as well and i like the texture of chia seeds inside the tea. Thai milk tea was AMAZING!! Boba was okay though, it's a miss or hit. Had to order again because I was craving it last night and got a large passion paradise large thai tea w honey boba (for my roommate lol). All of their fruit teas seem refreshing and the cups are HUGE! you're spending a good amount of money for big cups!"

"I have been coming here for a few years and I forgot why I stopped coming but was quickly reminded today. This was the worst experience I have had. We went on a Sunday afternoon, had the combo pho with Jazen tea. Had to use the bathroom and it was disgusting!!! All the employees were hanging out having a party in the dinning area for one girl that was on a lunch break. After we ate we got our drinks and the passion fruit peach tea was AWFUL!!!!!!! So sour, mango were so hard and sour!! We asked the waitress to remake it and it was the same if not worse. We asked for a subsitution of a strawberry smoothie and the waitress just looked at us said NO. And walked away. So unreal. It was awful. Never going back to a place that treats their customers like that."

"The Avocado Roll at S14 is delicious, but the photo is misleading as it only comes with one piece per order. The Popcorn Chicken at S16 was difficult to eat as it was tough and dry, tasting old as if it had been cooked in the morning and served in the evening. The Vegetarian Pho at RG #43 was okay, lacking in flavor and the portion of broth was surprisingly small compared to other pho restaurants that typically serve at least double the amount for a regular order."
