"Mindy’s is never consistently provided me with/a good meal. Here’s the BBQ restaurant that has all the looks and ambience of BBQ place to dine, yet they have shown that they’ve not the ability to be consistent in their food offerings. For years it was my go to for BBQ. Today, I can honestly say, I’d never refer Mindy’s to anyone. My last order was/them, I purchased 3 meals and all of them had to be trashed: every single one. Yesterday evening, I made an order w/them, after a year hiatus of hits and misses by them, and the food was as well prepared as the food they once presented when they opened at this location. The coleslaw was delicious, not soaking in juices and overly vinegary. The bread was fresh and warm, so was the corn. As for the BBQ, it too was piping hot, not over saturated with/sauce and the meat was tender and well seasoned, delicious to taste: not burnt, dried out and over drenched in sauce. The baked potato was moist and hot: not dried out and cold. In earnest, I can’t give them a score above 3 stars because Mindy’s does and will drop the ball of consistency. Service: Delivery"
