"I ordered grilled chicken online and received a call from the restaurant informing me that the whole chicken had to be preordered. I was confused as to why the app allowed me to check out, but I tried to be understanding. I then asked the lady if I could get the links instead, with the spicy BBQ sauce on the side. However, when my order arrived, there was no BBQ sauce, and the links were charred on the outside but raw and pink on the inside, which was really unappetizing. The undercooked links were unacceptable. I will never order from there again. The only thing I enjoyed was the small coleslaw that came with my meal."
