"Stopped in at The Pub as it was about lunch time and I was driving by... A typical blue collar bar appearance from the outside. Plenty of parking. There was a handicap ramp up to the front door. I sat at a table just off the bar and was immediately approached by a smiling waitress named Racine. I ordered the special of the day (spaghetti green beans) which was delightfully good. The atmosphere was more that of a family restaurant. I was pleased to see that they are supportive of the US military as is clear form their decor. They had ample TV screens for sports but the sound was down so people could talk. I have no doubt they would turn it up upon request. Their prices are very reasonable. Their Wi-Fi was great and complimentary. I will return."

"I placed an order with the Bonnie cafe in Bonnie Il. On the website it said west frankfort but it was actually Bonnie that got the order since west Frankfort doesn’t do on line orders. I went to west Frankfort Bonnie to get my order 15 mins ahead of the pick up time given. Went in and they explained all this to me. Called the Bonnie cafe for me and they refused to return my money. Stating I could cancel my order but I wasn’t getting my money back! It is a 30 min drive to this particular site. Sooooo long story short, I had to re order at west frankfort Bonnie cafe. Pancakes and scrambled eggs with Bonnie cafe cost approximately 27.00.if u include call in order The ladies at west frankfort were very helpful and nice and I appreciated their help. The reason they wouldn’t refund my order from Bonnie cafe Bonnie Il. Was supposedly because my order was already made. I arrived 15 mins early and called them immediately with help of waitress in west Frankfort. BEWARE of ordering from Bonnie cafe Bonnie Il!!"

"While there are still plenty of enjoyable arcade games available, the overall experience has changed. Gone are the days of receiving immediate tickets for playing each game; now, you have to purchase a game card, and your tickets are tracked on that card. Additionally, there seem to be more button-mashing games than engaging, hands-on activities like the original Whack a Gator, which used to be our favorite. Unfortunately, it has been replaced by a button-pushing version that simply isn't as enjoyable. While the venue remains clean and safe for kids to enjoy themselves, I would give it a rating of 3 out of 5 instead of 5."

"I attended a birthday party with friends on Thursday night. We arrived at 6 PM with a reservation for 12 people. Although our waitress was very friendly, the service was frustratingly slow. We waited 30 minutes for our appetizers, which were just average, and then another 25 minutes for our main courses. Three of the entrees we ordered were incorrect, and two were served to the wrong guests. They also ran out of French fries and substituted them with other items without consulting us first. Despite several requests, our water glasses were never refilled. The portion sizes were excessive, especially considering the prices. We left at 8:30 feeling frustrated and still hungry. I won’t be returning."

"BEST BEST Home cooked NOT processed food in the area!!! Almost everything is homemade. Every soup, special's, main courses all from scratch!!! You will not find any place in this valley, as cooked near home as this place!!! And I am a very picky eater now my Hubby, who writes EVERYTHING, has also tried everything on the menu and has yet to find one thing he didn't like or had something negative to say. This is the first place since I had cooked my food for perfection with EVERY visit. BTW I eat here once a week when I have to eat or take out I have another complaint. And I'm not easy to clean things up, cooked and imaginable, and this place is exactly what I'm doing every time. Funny as all people with 1 star reviews and really hard to believe statements leave Anonymous as name? If I leave someone a bad review, I will leave my name!!!! LOL How can someone fix a potential problem without starting it? You can't really review someone who can't leave a name. LOL Sad, because this is a really great place for food and also fun. The terrace is amazing in autumn, summer and spring. It is just such a cozy place to sit and relax or run to get a quick amazing meal. Try it before you take Anonymous's word..."

"I took my son here for lunch yesterday, and while the food was tasty, the subs were surprisingly small! I ended up having to order my son a second sub because he was still hungry. We also shared an order of fries, which were more generous in portion. I got one sub to go for my husband as well. I wasn’t sure if the subs were served on hotdog rolls, but my son mentioned how tiny they were, and they claimed to have bigger rolls available (really?). Our total for two drinks and two subs came to $33.00, and unfortunately, we won’t be returning."

"We arrived at 5pm, the first for porch seating of the eve. We asked for a table on the outside rail, but were told they were reserved for groups of four. NO other diners on the porch for at least 30 min and during the course of our meal, four other groups of 2 were seated in those tables. We felt rushed in the beginning and then at the end we had to ask for the dessert menu 4 times before someone helped us. We clearly had a new waiter, who made a number of errors during the meal. When asked how my friend wanted her burger cooked, she said well-done and waiter responded, I don 't think that is a choice as it is not in the computer . In these days of staffing shortages, we are just happy the Inn was open. However, it definitely affected our experience. We will probably try again in the future and hope for a better experience. Food was good and porch dining on a warm eve was a delight."

"The staff was okay. Not overly friendly but not unfriendly either. So I guess the best way to describe it is unremarkable. Their food is just what I gave the review three star. And I guess to be honest I would describe it as unremarkable. With that being said I will probably eat there again as I'm not sure a single meal is worth a bad review. I also wanted to make sure that I included, their proportion sizes for their price is spot on 5 star"

"I tried the beef tacos and combo bags and they were good and cheap. The service was quick and friendly. The 1/2 burgers are excellent for a handmade paddle cooked on a flat grill. You have a lot of quick food choice. You serve all day breakfast Burritos! My only complaint is that as soon as I tried to go there at 15:45 and although they had illuminated an open sign and they say they are open until 18:00 they told me that they closed because it was a slow day. So I guess I'll go early."
