"For our main courses, we tried the Chicken Wellington, Seven Gables Chicken, and Italian Sausage Parmigiana. The Chicken Wellington had a flaky crust and a wonderful balance of flavors. The Seven Gables Chicken featured two well-seasoned chicken breasts that were perfectly cooked. We opted to substitute the vegetable mix for pasta, which turned out to be a great choice. The Italian Sausage Parmigiana was my personal favorite; its rich flavor delighted my palate and transported me to my happy place. Just thinking about the sausage makes my mouth water! It came with a side of pasta, but I saved that for later so I could enjoy dessert.
Speaking of dessert, we ordered the Chocolate Pie and Carrot Cake. The pie was light and perfectly balanced—not too sweet or overly rich. The carrot cake was wonderfully moist and came with a delightful vanilla sauce. All the spices were noticeable without overwhelming the cake, and the cream cheese icing was a real treat.
We'll definitely be adding this restaurant to our regular dining rotation. I wish I had taken some photos, but we decided to put our phones away to fully immerse ourselves in quality family time."
