"Full Disclosure: After spending 12 years in a city renowned for its BBQ, I proudly admit that I'm a BBQ snob. Smoke House consistently gets it right! Every single time! The brisket, whether you order it as a sandwich or on a plate, is incredibly tender and bursting with just the right amount of flavor. The sauce complements it beautifully but isn’t essential—now that's the mark of great BBQ! The smoked chicken wings have been spot-on every time I've had them; they're cooked to perfection. The chef recommended the jerk sauce, which has become my go-to, but I’m eager to try something else. Every side dish I've sampled has been outstanding! The coleslaw was exceptionally fresh, flavorful, and clearly homemade—I'm often picky about coleslaw, but this one won me over. The beans, which usually aren't my first choice, were surprisingly delicious—good beans really do make for great BBQ, and these were fantastic! Lastly, the collard greens and cornbread were also exceptional. I’m so grateful to have discovered Smoke House and can’t wait to continue savoring my way through their menu!"
