"Have been eating at this restaurant since it opened. We 've always been very happy with the food whether eating in or taking out. Tonight we spent over $50 for 2 noodle bowls. The chicken and shrimp were so dry we ate a bite of each and threw it away. Egg rolls that we ordered extra of looked like they 'd been sitting under a heat lamp for a week. Dry as a bone and had none of the flavor that we 've had here in the past. Called the restaurant and they just wanted to argue. After much debate they finally offered a 50% credit for food that we had to throw out. They never gave the promised credit so we had to dispute the charge with credit card company. Credit card company talked with the restaurant, and they denied having offered the 50% credit. Since we received the product (INEDIBLE) the credit was denied. Beyond angry and disappointed. Will NEVER go back!"
