"Food is good but customer service is the worse, I order online and they didn?t bring me the side order, I call the restaurant and they told me very rude that everything was complete I explained to her that not because we where missing the fries for my chicken parmigiana, after a while arguing she say will send the delivery with my fríes, after one hour call back the restaurant and she says it was on its way but the delivery never came. we used to order every week and i feel so bad about this experience. is been 3 month so far. Hope they see this and train their employees."

"stopped here on our way home from a college tour and could not be more delighted! Delicious fresh ceviche. Pollo chicken salad with an amazing marinade. The best homemade green and red sauces. And my husband got fajitas mixed. Shrimp, chicken, beef, with amazing roasted peppers and onions. Such great value huge portions. We are excited to have the rest for dinner! Can't recommend highly enough. They have some very exciting looking drinks which we sadly did not get to try since we still have a fairly long drive home. However, if I'm ever back and have the opportunity I will be digging in with gusto to those. Love these guys."

"After an eleven hour drive from home (Oklahoma to Nashville we were tired and hungry. We checked into the Hayes Street Hotel next door to the Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant and then went to seek some familiar chow. The place was bustling to say the least. It was 4 May and folks were getting ready for Cinco de Mayo! The area nearest the street was packed with the younger set and far too loud for us older folk. We were gladly resettled in an interior section where it was quieter. They were packed. The chips and salsa were really good. Better than I expected being so far from a more Mexican populated area of the US. I had the enchiladas and my wife had the taco salad with grilled chicken. There was enough food on our plates to feed a family of six. It was very well prepared. Very tasty and well worth the visit. Topped off the dinner with Churros (sp? with ice cream. Great choice for dessert. If you are in the area we say you need to stop in and dine. From what we saw it is apparent many of the locals dine here as well. That is normally a good indication you are getting good food at a great price."

"I rarely ever leave reviews for anything, however Hooks is by far the best restaurant for the incredible food at unbelievable low prices. I have always loved Gyros, I have been going to Grecian Delight for over 20 years because I love their Gyros. Until I ordered one from Hooks about 6 months ago. Hooks Gyro is HUGE, and so incredibly delicious! Nothing can compare to the inc taste and the gigantic size. They are bigger than burrito that you get from Hot Heads, they are loaded with a ton of delicious meat then topped with fresh lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and cucumber sauce. I order one at least once a week and could never get tired of them because they really do taste that amazing. For around $12 you are getting a gyro so large it is almost impossible to eat all of it at once and fries are included. You can barley get a nasty combo meal at the chain restaurants for that price. I also LOVE their breaded mushrooms! Hooks is amazing. Im not sure how it is possible but it tastes better every time I eat there. I recommend Hooks to absolutely loves delicious quality food, and thank God they keep it so affordable too."
