"This location has one seriously disturbed employee. I've been frequenting this location for 4 months and always received excellent service, except with this one employee who I have only begin seeing for about the last month (assuming she's new? . She always meanders from the backroom as if you're an interruption. Never smiles, greets, says thank you for visiting them. She whispers so you can't hear and then acts all put out when you ask her to repeat what she said. Today was the last straw whenwhile making my purchase I asked a simple question about one of the products and she completely flips out and begins to verballyattack me for no reason. This person absolutely should not be dealing with the public. If she acts this way with an adult, Iwould hate to see her interaction with children. This is definitely not a family friendly location. Avoid at all costs."

"Brittany is amazing and truly deserves a raise! We've been to Yogurtland more than five times, and she is always so kind and helpful. Her recommendations are perfect, and she goes out of her way to assist. The yogurt flavors are delicious, and the toppings are always fresh and tasty. "The restaurant is consistently clean and has a friendly atmosphere. It's great that they regularly introduce new flavors; however, this can be a drawback if you're specifically craving a particular one. On the bright side, if you download their app, you can check the flavors available at your location. Don't forget to collect reward points for free yogurt as you accumulate them! The only real downside is the limited and cramped parking, and the place tends to get crowded on warm days."

"I really like this Yogurtland location because it’s in a nice, less busy area. Even before COVID-19, it wasn’t crowded. I would have rated it 5 stars, but they were out of about four flavors when I visited. The shop is very clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly."

"Needed a place to kill time and wait for the dessert winds to calm Down ! This day was crazy so it was perfect treat for my daughter . I like that it was quite enough to hear the music playing and enjoy something sweet and cold . A selection of toppings is incredible they have anything from healthy options like granola , fruit ,almonds and other healthy choices I also have cookies , cereal, Chocolate, gunnies . They do offer some non dairy options but are mostly sherbet . That's disappointing I don't do well with lactose so almond milk option would be cool . That's probably me being high maintenance, isn't it ? Over all , the prices are good and it makes great shelter on Wind advisory days . We like it here ."

"This is my go-to spot for frozen yogurt! The staff member here took our order and expertly filled our cups with our selected yogurt flavors and toppings. Both of our choices tasted fantastic. The checkout experience was seamless. Just a heads up: this location only accepts Visa or Mastercard for credit card transactions, along with cash and Apple or Android Pay. There is only one entrance and exit for the parking lot, both accessible from Calle Real Ave, and they are one-way. While the parking lot is small, it is adequate. Masks are required, and currently, there is only limited outdoor seating available. I will definitely be returning!"

"I was unexpectedly charged almost $40 at this Ontario restaurant about a year later. I have been patiently waiting for a refund and response from the restaurant, but they have still not provided an answer. This is unacceptable! If you are craving frozen yogurt, I recommend visiting a Menchi location or a different establishment altogether. Due to their faulty system causing a $40 charge, I advise taking your business elsewhere to avoid being intentionally overcharged. It is outrageous to charge a customer again after 31 days, let alone a whole year - this amounts to theft in essence."

"Love this place! Lots of flavors and you can taste them all before filling your own cup! Flavors run the gamut from fruity to chocolaty to nutty and everything in between. Tons of toppings, including several fresh fruit, nuts, many broken candy bars, various sprinkles, dessert pieces (brownie, cheesecake), and also liquid toppings, such as hot fudge, chocolate shell, salted caramel, and marshmallow creme. I usually get the plain tart yogurt then top it with lots of cut fresh fruit, mostly berries and mango, cheesecake pieces, coconut, mochi, and then drench it all with melted chocolate (Chocolate Shell), which goes into all the nooks and crannies between the toppings and yogurt, and instantly solidifies into intricate structures which I discover as I slowly get to the bottom! Pricing is by weight regardless of what you get or top with."

"I visited Yogurtland today, August 2nd, around 10:30 PM. The manager on duty refused to accept a fundraiser coupon, and the cashier gave me a look as if I was asking for a favor. "I've visited Yogurtland twice, and both times the service was fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. We were able to get in and out quickly. Their coconut custard frozen yogurt is delicious, and I also enjoyed the plain tart option. The Pure Vanilla flavor is decent, and I was pleasantly surprised by the tasty watermelon sorbet. While some flavors were less impressive, overall they keep the selection fresh and interesting. However, during my visit on October 24, 2018, the owner seemed a bit off when we asked questions and didn’t come across as very honest, which was disappointing. This location is smaller with fewer options compared to other Yogurtland stores. The flavors during my most recent visit weren't as good as before, which was a letdown."

"Honestly, this is probably going to be my go-to Yogurtland from here on out. My usual spot has an issue with rude, self absorbed, teeny boppers running the show and I 'm gonna have to simply say "PASS!! "Employees are friendly, patient, and eager to help whenever help is needed. For all these reasons and more, I find it the perfect place to bring my 3yo. We never feel rushed nor do the staff show any kind of annoyance- I 'm not sure if they 're just really good at holding it in but my child 's indecisiveness is never an issue.Although this particular Yogurtland is smaller in size, the froyo is the perfect consistency and the topping ingredients are fresh. Best of all, the shop is always clean!! 5/5 stars. I lalalalaLOVE it here and will continue to come here for my family I 's yogurt cravings!!!!!"

"My mom and I arrived around 7:15 and were in the mood for dessert after dinner, so we decided to stop by Yogurtland. My mom wanted to sample one of the flavors, but when she asked a staff member for a taste, he informed us that they no longer allow taste tests with the little paper cups. However, Ryan, who was busy cleaning the yogurt machines, overheard our conversation and thought it was unreasonable. He kindly offered to get my mom a spoon so she could try the flavor she was interested in. After we selected our yogurt and were ready to add toppings, the other employee was still helping a family, but Ryan stepped in to assist us. He truly went above and beyond for us that evening, and it made our experience special. People like Ryan really deserve recognition for their hard work. He kept the place clean as they were preparing to close, and I just want to give a shoutout to him for going the extra mile."

"Let me start off by saying I have never in my life felt so disrespected and humiliated. My only fault was being a loyal customer for the last 8 months, spending at minimum $50 dollars a week on icecream , receiving multiple unlimited cups for enormousamount of frozen yogurts I consume and provide for my study group students. The store manager named Aaron was extremelydisrespectful and rude beyond belief. I have never taken the time to write a negative review about a business or about anybody,but this was necessary. I will never ever walk in to this store ever again and I will make sure anybody that I know will not aswell because of a rude young man who has a title of store manager and behaves in such a disrespectful way, being a perfect example for other workers. You guys seriously need to re-evaluate who you hire and more importantly who you hire as managers tolead by example. Upon my observation throughout the months of visiting, he would always (10/10 times) hide behind utility room(I 'm really curious what he is always doing back there during his working hours) and when I make noises from the machines hewould slowly walkout as if I 'm an invisible person. That is completely okay and I don 't mind that anymore. I am not a personpatronizing workers by requiring them to greet me. But as I walked out of the door strenuously carrying multiple cups oficecream as usual, he shouted at my back, WELCOME! thinking I 'll leave without even saying thank you. I guess he thinkscustomers have the obligation to act certain ways but he doesn 't. Moreover, he talks to everyone in such a patronizing way, itsso hard to describe and extremely difficult to hear. Botton line, I quit going to frozen yogurt and most certainly to thislocation where Aaron works. Aaron does not deserve to have this job and more importantly does not deserve to have a job as ageneral manager. Thank you so much for taking your precious time to read my review."

"This is a cute little spot and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I told my little there for the first time and it was fun and a success. He got the fresh strawberry froyo with m&m, white chocolate chips and caramel cups. I got the Madagascar vanilla bean mixed with the cheesecake froyo topped with m&M's, white chips and Reese candy bits. Everything was delicious and it was quite with the exceptions of a few other customers that were in and out. All in all first experience was great and very chill. Would recommend for anyone who wants some quick froyo on the go or even to sit inside for a moment, to go and enjoy. They also have outside seating too, but it was a bit windy today so we did not sit outside. Just a side note, that it is located inside a shopping center with other eateries surrounding and a Ralph's."

"I had a black tea with soy milk, and the prices were quite reasonable—just $4 for a large drink with boba. They also don’t charge for the first topping, which is a great bonus. The rest of their drinks are priced well too. The boba was sweet and chewy, super tasty! The service was friendly as well. I’ll definitely return to try another drink.
