"When checking in I gave my name and time that I made the reservation. The host could not find it. Her reply in a condescending tone was “You sure you made a reservation?” When I show her the reservation on the app she replied, “Yea I found it!” When we went to order drinks off of their fall drink menu, the waitress stopped us and told us that they were out of every single drink on the fall menu and they hadn’t had any of them since early September. Why is the drink list in the menu if they don’t have a single drink? When we asked about coffee, the waitress told us they didn’t have any coffee. The coffee machine was broken."
