"Waited about minutes before a hostess arrived. They were busy tidying, stocking, arranging. Then when they sat us at our table it took another minutes before a server came ro our table. We had made reservations days in advance we ate lunch (not dinner). They had just repainted the outside of the restaurant so the ambiance rocks were covered in caution tape. We were disappointed, overall,, after driving two hours to get to the restaurant."

"**Atmosphere:** The vibe and music create a fantastic ambiance. The idea of a jungle-themed restaurant in downtown Chicago is pure genius! It really brings out the child in me. Exploring the space makes you appreciate the beauty of wildlife, especially since many of the animals are actually moving around! **Food:** The food is delicious! I can't remember the name of the dish I tried, but I really enjoyed it. I also had a drink that came with a cute parrot souvenir. Overall, the food options are fantastic! **Price:** The prices are moderately high, but it's definitely worth it. I promise! **Service:** The service is excellent! The staff is friendly and very helpful, and they know the menu inside and out. They are also very accommodating. **Parking:** As for parking, finding a spot in downtown Chicago can be quite a hassle. Overall, it's a great experience!"

"We dined at this fun restaurant with our children, and it's a fantastic spot for families, especially those with little ones! The location is definitely lively, but it can get a bit pricey. The meals themselves were reasonably priced, and there were plenty of great options for kids, although I felt the adult menu could use a bit more variety. The Creole mac and cheese was delicious and lives up to its reputation as a popular dish; it did not disappoint. The steak was surprisingly tasty as well. Outside the restaurant, the fountain adorned with large animal decorations provided some great photo opportunities and was truly beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!"

"Great restaurant for kids. Lots to keep them entertained! Being a restaurant that caters to kids, you'd think service would be a little quicker, not rushed but more attentive to the fact that theres kids dining. Service was fine. Food was blah. No flavor on burger. Fries were cold. Pretty expensive but I guess your paying more for ambiance than food. It was just ok but my kids loved it which is what matters to me!"

"I bought a coupon book from the mall which also included free kids meal coupon in the Rainforest cafe. After we had our dinner, restaurant manager Brandon declined our coupon in a deragotary way and said I don 't accept your coupon . When I asked why, she/he said I don 't care about the mall 's coupon, I don 't have to accept it. I can do whatever I want. It was such a disgusting experience. This happened in front of the customers and I felt very bad. From her/his attitude I think that was how she/he treated all the other customers. How is this possible? I have never seen anything like this before!"
