"First time at this restaurant in Charleston. I went with my husband on our first night out in a a long time since we had our baby. We have heard so many good things about the food here... We got there, I was kind of disappointed, the hostess did ask if we had a reservation (which we didn 't) and simply told us she didn 't have any table for us. (mind you, the restaurant was almost empty) We asked if we could wait at the bar until there was a table available, which she completely refuted.. No, I have everything booked We decided to at least try a drink, and find another restaurant to eat... And then we met Erick; he was so kind and attentive and nice. He was at the bar but he kindly offered us a table (one of the many the restaurant had available) He wa so attentive... He changed our whole experience... So Erick, big thank you!!!! Management: train a little better your hotess, they should be a little bit more corteus and acomodative since this is a restaurant and reviews are so important these days!!"
