"We visited Angelino on our recent visit. They had plenty of vegetarian options and each one of them was delicious. The risotto, I tried, was out of the world. The only thing that was a drag was the service. We also sat outside and the heat lamp wasn't turned on so it became colder. But still highly recommend to try it if you are in the ares"

"When out of town for work, I stopped into this restaurant. When I arrived I parked in their parking lot nearby. I walked in and was greeted by the hostess. The restaurant was pretty nice and I decided to sit at the inside bar. Liz and another young lady were my bartenders. I started with the pinot nior amd it was tasty. For my meal, I got the cavatelli con gamberi, which was jumbo shrimp, and switched the cavatelli for pappardelle. It came out after about 20 minutes. When I dug in, the food was good! I added a little salt and hot pepper flakes. The bill wasn't too bad. All in all I had a good experience."

"We had a great lunch at Wa Jeal. Starting with spring onion pancakes (delicious) and ending with chicken and broccoli (again delicious), the lunch menu (rice, main course and soup) was very cheap and delicious. The environment is wonderful - brick walls and pretty decorations and the service excellent. Highly recommended!!"

"It was a perfect late summer evening at Il Cielo with wonderful food and extraordinary company. Initially, we had to wait for a front garden table (which I requested on my advanced reservation albeit understanding none guaranteed) but the slight delay was comfortably brief thanks to the evening’s maitre d (whom I unfortunately failed to get his name). The maitre ‘d and wait staff were both wonderful as was our array of culinary selections. All delicious and all came out in a timely fashion. Bar was a welcoming and comfortably cozy place to wait for our table as well. It’s worth noting, the tables in the back area are quite nice for any other beautiful night, but I had invited dear friends new to LA out for a night under Il Cielo’s ‘stars’ as this would be their first experience of this iconic eatery so wanted it to feel especially magical which it ultimately became—the Maitre d’ handled all quite graciously and after we respectfully declined the more indoor-feeling option, worked his magic followed by quietly attentive service. Class act."

"The Saltwater Grill has been a Galveston staple for some time. I was encouraged that the menu has been updated with new items, while preserving some of their best offerings - I swear the Shanghai Delight is laced with Prozac because I'm always happy when I eat it. This time I tried one of their new "naked" offerings, hoping the fish would be allowed to shine. I had the grilled redfish, which was done perfectly - the very thin edges were a little crisp and carmelized but the fish was still moist and flavorful. I did miss the bread - this was one of the few restaurants in town that started with something with substance, so I was quite disappointed when a little crock of crackers appeared instead of bread. The restaurant is very noisy - I was ok hearing my companions but certainly couldn't hear the server well."

"there we were to celebrate our silvester. everything was excellent as expected. have eaten several times in the past and eating is always delicious. I like the fact that there is a separate room where it is very quiet. to finish the evening, we shared the most delicious tartufo I've ever had. my friend had a cannoli he said was also very good. Overall, I would rate this restaurant as excellent."
