"I grew up in this area and was here on 10/19/15 after an HS reunion last weekend. I was here at 4:30. There was hardly anyone in the spot, but many employees and managers attacked each other. I sat at the counter and wanted cakes, coffee and water, but nobody even asked me what I wanted until I looked around. The coffee was medium, the cake was fine. But a waitress threw my check on me before I even finished my cake. No one asked if I wanted a second cup or something else for this matter. I am an exceptionally good tipper and tip even for average service. I have not left a dim in this place and will spread the word among family and friends who still live here to avoid this place like the plague. My impression of such places is that they treat their employees even worse than they treat customers and are very poorly managed."
