"I was really looking forward to my visit and even considered buying a shirt, but my experience took a turn when I interacted with the cashier. She was unfriendly and seemed to be annoyed by my questions, providing vague and curt answers. On the bright side, an older lady in the store was very kind. However, when I asked to modify my drink, the cashier reacted as though I had offended her. I find it hard to enjoy food from places where the staff seem unapproachable; it impacts the overall experience for me. Unfortunately, I’ll be crossing this place off my personal list of recommended stops in Maui. On a positive note, the coffee was indeed good. A simple smile from the staff could have made a huge difference."
