"At 11:05, she called to inform me that I was supposed to pick up my sandwich, which was untrue since she had previously requested my address for a delivery. I was also supposed to return the tuna sandwich she had given me, which was not what I ordered. I requested a refund, but she told me that since they were closing, I would need to call the next morning to sort it out. Not only did I end up missing dinner, but I also didn't receive my money back. Overall, the experience was very inconvenient, with a lack of attention to detail and insufficient customer service. I cannot recommend this place."
