"A year later, I returned with my wife, and the experience was equally disappointing. The staff was rude, and as we placed our order, they interrupted us after each item to shout it back in a truncated form, directly in our faces. This seems to be an attempt to hasten the food preparation process, but it feels unnecessary; the system should handle that. Moreover, if they need clarification on what we've ordered, they always ask for every detail repeatedly, despite us providing all the information upfront. If we seek clarity by asking questions, they just raise their voices and repeat their original question.
I don’t usually have high expectations for service, but it’s clear that this staff needs additional training.
