"Love Arby's food (recommend the French dip) always satisfied. The new orange cream also shakes delicious. Looks like at these trial times Arby's short staff is more common than not, very busy, but one or two people work, so have patience when you want to go. I think it's worth it."

"Was handed my drink in drive through and it was overflowing on to my hand and then my lap and center console. Had to ask for napkins as the employee watched it happen. Drove away got to work and was given wrong order. Dont have time to return so had toeat what I was given. I realize workers are hard to find right now but how are you going to compensate me are returning customerfor this horrible service."

"Some of the staff is so sweet and helpful but the woman who cleans the bathroom needs to learn manners and how to speak to customers. If you are going to work in the customer service industry then you should learn how to speak to people with a bit of respect. She is rude and never helpful. She should be replaced or moved to a different position where she is not around customers or anyone for that matter. She is down right nasty and has a horrible attitude."

"We had completely overlooked this Arby's location, but while we were in the area, we decided to stop for dinner. We ordered two roast beef sandwiches and a side of curly fries, which were absolutely delicious. The service was quick and courteous, even though we had to wait a bit due to a large order ahead of us. The cashier graciously apologized and assured me she would assist me soon. Overall, the service exceeded my usual expectations for a fast-food restaurant. Additionally, I received a fantastic booklet and will definitely be returning!"

"I ordered what the Arby's menu advertised as a Market Fresh Greek Gyro sandwich. The person who prepared and served the roast beef with imitation Swiss cheese on a hoagie bun clearly has no idea what a gyro is, let alone anything Greek. It goes against my upbringing to throw food at those who have taken advantage of me (yes, taken advantage— I paid for one thing and received another). My only hope is that corporate Arby's provides proper training to their Osage Beach location so they can learn to correctly identify and serve a Greek Gyro. Perhaps then, I can help others who have been misled by Arby's false advertising. Would you want what I’m about to show you in an attachment instead of the promised gyro?"
