"Gianni's offers a cozy, family-owned vibe, highlighted by an inviting screen door. I had the cheesesteak and a Greek salad, and I was pleasantly surprised by the large portions for just one meal. I particularly appreciated the inclusion of Kalamata olives in the Greek salad. To top it off, my food was served in under 8 minutes. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit!"

"I’m gonna give it a two stars why cus good customer service but…there pizzas I order two of them I ask for a bacon chicken rance pizza and pepperoni okay the bacon chicken rance pizza was the biggest disappointment in my life! I love bacon chicken rance pizza! I order it everywhere but this place omg I never in my life try nasty bacon chicken rance pizza ever! so I try it and it a weird after taste idk it taste like oil like they put it in the fryer it was mad Grease one bite my heart starting hurting and I don’t like grease pizza that already a red flag right there. the chicken don’t have a flavor barley ranch in the pizza the bacon you can’t even taste the damn bacon sadly 20 bucks for a large is ridiculous! Twins pizza pan pizza is like 13 dollars highly recommend to go there! Ummm the pepperoni was madddd greased in it legit like a river of greased like it was raining or something it was okay but just took a bite and give it to my family cus I did not like the pizza maybe it’s me but I heard there sizes are good maybe there pizza ain’t good or something but I wanted to try it and yea maybe everyone is right…. Rate 1-10 I give it a good 4 out of 10 hopefully In the future they take that grease outta of there pizza it can give someone a heart attack and kill someone with all that grease!"

The service is satisfactory; however, parking is limited, and access to the restroom for customers is restricted. I'm unsure if there is a restroom available for male employees. "I am a very good customer to this location two-three times a week, I when to the Acushnet Ave location on 1/16/24 around 5:45-6:00 pm as I pulled into the wet parking lot one of the delivery drivers and his passenger were in the middle of the parking lot doing donuts with his car at a high rate of speed I literally had to stop 1/2 way into Acushnet Ave oncoming traffic and wait until he stop to avoid being hit as I pulled into the lot at that point he almost hit the building next door then pulled up fast to the side of G&S Pizza and him and his buddy ran into the store one thru the front the other around the back of the building to avoid from being seem the car look like a gray or charcoal or a blueish color sedan or coupe style car for all your customers and business safety these employees should be removed from there duties as they are put your business and customers at a very high risk of serious injuries. I have noticed Everytime I go to this location the delivery driver are very careless driving in and out of the lot. I hope some action is taken before a serious issue happens. So for your safety be very careful when pulling into G&S Pizza the delivery drivers are extremely careless and reckless.I own a business and for the safety of my customer and other employees action on this issue would be priority. This is extremely unsafe for all. There's a place for actions like this and it's not in the middle of the public parking lot during business hours.When it comes to the safety of the customer, employee's, and your business any reviews related to the business inside or outside is appropriate. And delivery drivers are part of your services not just food and counter service. If you have cams outside your business I am sure you will see the issue at hand."

"Every time I visit, she gives me a menacing glare and speaks to me rudely. I can't continue to support a place where I feel threatened, especially since Soulvakis used to be such a welcoming environment during my childhood. It’s disappointing to see how things have changed. I’m only 23 years old, but I remember the warmth and friendliness of the staff from my visits in the past, even towards my family. Until this issue is resolved, I will be declining all deliveries and orders from Soulvakis. I just want to feel comfortable when I go out to eat. "

"I never write reviews, but I received a mixed green salad today adding chicken and was quite disappointed. The salad is one I've gotten for years and the chicken has gotten less and less, but today was the worst. I had a proximately 1 1/2 small chicken, tender pieces in there at all which is part of the salad. The chicken pieces were the kind that were chewy with the tendons in bedded in them, and was clearly over cooked as well. I have never messaged before, but I felt I had to. Then I tried to hit send on their messaging system and that didn't even work. So I had to come here. The salad is not cheap, I don't mind paying if it is good and hearty and has all the ingredients, but things have just seem to be getting worse over time, and I don't think I will order what was one's my favorite salad again."

"I couldn't be more impressed with a place. There are lots of fancy places nearby, and I'm sure none of them come close to the service of this place. I brought my kids to meet and eat with my wife for lunch, and we were blown away. We must've gotten 10 different things, some of which with specifications or changes, and the guy didn't write a single thing down. Everything was perfect! On top of the amazing and super quick service, the food was really good, and very reasonably priced."

"However, when I arrived to pick up my order, they had made a small salad instead of the large one I had requested, so I had to return it. When I got home, I found that what I received was a completely different salad. I called the restaurant to explain that they had confirmed my order twice, but they just brushed it off. Although they did remade the salad, I was taken aback by the rude attitude implying that I had ordered incorrectly. Lastly, I noticed that the staff wasn't wearing gloves while handling the food, including when they were touching pizzas with their bare hands. I feel that proper food safety practices should be a priority in any restaurant."

"The hype is real. First thing you need to know is to grab a number upon entering. It will take time for your number to be called and you?ll have plenty of time to peruse the shop (so many unique cooking items and an impressive wine collection! . Listen for your number and have your order ready. Order it with the works and pick a cheese or your sandwich will be just meat and bread (but honestly even that would probably be bomb . I ordered the ham with swiss, no Mayo and no peppers. The dressing they use is something else ?. I?ve never had anything like it before but it?s delicious and I?m craving it while writing this review. And I?m a picky eater. If you?re in a rush they do have pre-made sandwiches near the cashier. The ham was thinly sliced and piled on, the dressing dripped from the sandwich (in a good way and the bread was just perfect. Comes with a pickle. You take your sandwich and any other goodies to the cashier and enjoy. You take one bite, and suddenly the line and tiny parking lot was worth it. I paired mine with a beach sunset. Cash/debit only, and the cashiers have forks/napkins. If I lived/was staying in the area, I?d pick up their other food as well. The lasagna and house salad looked great. They have all the fixings for a delicious dinner/lunch, especially if you plan to take it to the beach (just please remember to take your trash with you!"
