"I used to have a high opinion of the Arby's on Morgantown Road in Uniontown, but in the past four months, the quality has taken a nosedive. The new manager seems unable to do his job; instead of focusing on orders, he prefers to stand around and chat. When he does take an order, he manages to get it completely wrong despite reading it back to me. I can’t see myself returning to a place where the manager is not doing his job properly. This Arby's used to have fantastic management and excellent employees, but now it's just terrible. Today, I went without lunch because of the manager’s mistakes—especially frustrating since I struggle with low blood sugar and need to eat regularly. It’s ridiculous that he can repeat orders correctly but chooses to chat instead of ensuring the food is prepared right. I won't be coming back until there are some improvements."
