"I called and asked for Boneless Spare Ribs with Pork Fried Rice. The man was rushing me and hung up after I asked for my total. When I arrive I get my food and it?s $15 and I said isn?t this in lunch special, he then said no. So I paid it. I got home and was only meat, I called back and he laughed at me saying ? you said bones spare rib? I said yes but I asked for pork fried rice two times. I will never go back! Extremely rude to laugh at a paying customer and bad customer service"

"After I had eaten at this place for over 3 years, I called one night to give a job. a few minutes after I was told, my order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, the phone ringed and a woman who had hardly spoken English began to speak gibberish. I asked her to slow down because I couldn't find out what she said. She said she wanted my credit card number. I asked her who she was, and only then did she tell me where she called. I told her I wouldn't give my credit card over the phone because I didn't have a way to know who she was. she said my order was too big and I had to pay. she said the manager said commanding over $50.00 had to pay, my order was $48.00 I told her then, I would give her the last 4 on the card, my sonny names and ID number, my address, and she had my name and phone number already. she said okay and I gave her the information. now I live 15 miles from Lin’s, so it takes 20 minutes to get there and with the phone call length we would be at about 30 minutes. my son called me about 20 minutes later and said our food was not ready and they told him to wait for the bar. He called me to tell me about the delay, and I called lins to find out why. I was told that they didn't start cooking my food until it was paid, although I was told two times it would be 15 to 20 minutes. I told them to cancel my transaction and send the reception that shows it was canceled. my son went on the way to another buffet and got our dinner. eating was better and we have almost $15.00 from now on we will eat; asian buffet 8345 rogers avenue fort smith, ar 72903-5236 massard crossings (479) 478-8886"

"Update: They now have new owners, and they’re fantastic! I decided to give them another chance, and I’m so glad I did. Now, I can support a small business owner who is much more careful about what they serve. The poke bowls are delicious, and they get my order perfect every time, including custom requests! Their contactless delivery at my workplace was impressive too. The delivery person had a cart that I could open to retrieve my order, and he had a card machine right there for payment, which printed the receipt immediately. Wow, A+ service now! Thank you to the new owners at the New Star for everything. I order from them at least once a week!"

But This was my first time ever along with my child Husband trying out this Restaurant it was justexcellent, amazing, perfect! The fact I had ordered on Uber eats and uber eats canceled my order due to the driver taking long restaurant closing up, but as soon as my order was cancelled on the app, this restaurant actually did not hesitate to contact medirectly, to tell me that they will deliver the food to me did ask where was I located, which I mentioned “Far Rockaway” which this excellent restaurant was still nice Great about delivering my orders, I did mention that I was veryunderstandable I would pay for the toll for them to come over go back which was just 4$ total then tip them very well inmy part which they actually deserved! I can say that this Long Beach Chines restaurant is on top of the line! Please don’tmiss out at all! I never had ever tasted A excellent Special House fried rice like theirs, along with there Chicken wings, JumboShrimps, shrimps Broccoli White rice, French Fries, Egg Roll, that tasted amazing was NOT GREECY at all! "The chicken wings were excellent. I ordered the Raymond dish, which was good, though I wished it had a bit more flavor and a different type of noodle. However, it was fresh and served hot. "Something has changed here either a new manager, chef or they stopped caring. I got takeout and it was pretty terrible. The only thing hot and fresh were the fried shrimp. The crab Rangoon’s and fried wontons were clearly reheated they were lukewarm at best and dark brown on the edges while seemingly slightly undercooked in the middle. The crab rangoons were runny. The wontons had zero flavor and were clearly bordering on stale. I am so disappointed. Been going here over a year and food was always so good. I will say the woman at the counter was very friendly and pleasant but unfortunately they’ve lost a customer!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes. An order of General Tso's chicken was enough to feed me, my fiancée, and our child, with some leftover as well. "DO NOT EAT HERE! We ordered the vegetable lo mein and the pork fried rice. We found BUGS in our food. We only discovered this after we left the area so we were not able to go back to the restaurant and ask for our refund. We had to call and the woman absolutely refused. We were yelled at and argued with the entire phone call which ended with an abrupt hang up. She would not give us our money back but instead offered us more food. Why would I want MORE food from a place that served us bugs? The customer service was almost as garbage as the food was."

"I USED to buy from here... the 1 star is for the horrible costumer service. I ordered something to be delivered and called back to ask where's the rest of the order and she just went off yelling at me on the phone telling me if i want it i have to pay for it and they'll send it, which I'm not understanding why I have to pay again for something I didn't recieve. She just kept yelling on top of her lungs, not letting me speak as if she was ready to fight me or something. And I'm calmly telling her to please let me speak.... at the end I couldn't with the yelling so I just hung up. Never again... these people are uneducated and thieves."
