"I am utterly baffled. First, let me say that I unfortunately didn’t even get to try the pizza. I heard good things so decided to call for a catering/business opportunity for my work (I’m an event manager). I called once before in the day and the owner was supposed to call me back, but he did not so I decided to try one last time. The second time I called, the person who answered the phone was the rudest person I think I’ve ever spoken to on the phone at least in the last ten years. I know they say New Yorkers can be harsh I’m from there, I know, but this guys behavior was atrocious. Needless to say they lost a HUGE opportunity. It’s a shame really."
