"The room is humid, and bed is damp. Even my pillow smells moldy. My room also has the loudest AC I ever heard, not sure if it’s their whole HOTEL. But I’m pretty sure even Motel 6 has quieter AC than this. Come on, step it up Hotel 1. Great interior and architecture designs, but poor choice on ambient scent—Hotel 1 choosed this Le Labo scent but not knowing ZARA Homme was actually the first created this cheap scent. I also thought I’d be getting a Tempur-Pedic quality wise sleep, but nope. Even Marriott Countryside has better mattress than Hotel 1."
