"Kao Sarn Thai Cuisine holds a special place in my heart ever since I moved to Marina Bay six years ago. It has become my go-to spot for satisfying my Thai food cravings. What sets this restaurant apart is its unwavering commitment to staying true to its food, providing a consistently delightful dining experience. While you won't find Michelin-star level dishes, you can always expect authentic Thai flavors that make every visit enjoyable. The menu at Kao Sarn offers a wide variety of dishes, and over the years, I've had the pleasure of trying almost everything. From the aromatic Pad Thai to the spicy Tom Yum soup, each item carries the distinct taste of Thailand. However, no matter how many new dishes I explore, I find myself always coming back to their heavenly yellow curry. The perfect blend of spices, creaminess, and tender pieces of meat or tofu leaves me in awe every time. As for the pricing, Kao Sarn maintains an excellent balance between taste and affordability. It's a place where you can relish your favorite Thai delicacies without worrying about breaking the bank. For the quality and portions they offer, it's truly worth every penny spent. One aspect that might cause a slight inconvenience is the parking situation. With only street parking available, it can be a bit challenging to find a spot during peak hours. However, once you step inside the cozy restaurant and savor the delightful aromas, all worries about parking seem to fade away. Though I don't interact with the staff extensively, I can vouch for their friendliness and attentiveness. Even during busy hours, they go out of their way to ensure everyone feels welcomed and taken care of. Their warm smiles and prompt service create a pleasant atmosphere that adds to the overall dining experience. In conclusion, Kao Sarn Thai Cuisine is a gem in Marina Bay, offering consistent and authentic Thai food that satisfies my taste buds every time. Whether you're a long-time resident or a visitor passing through, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try. With its reasonable prices, delectable dishes, and friendly service, Kao Sarn is sure to become your go-to spot for a taste of Thailand in the heart of Pt. Richmond"

"Been taking out from here routinely for about a year and a half. Was very excited to finally find a quality Thai place in Cap, and one of the embarrassingly few places you can order past 8pm. Been a bit disappointed in the slide in quality over the past four months. Wrong orders, diminishing portions, very much mailing it in. Hope it turns around."

"Oh no! The food was quite bland, and I really wish I had checked the reviews beforehand. My pad Thai tasted stale, and I barely managed to eat half of it. The peanuts were soggy and seemed like they had been soaked in water—disappointing! I ordered several dishes for a romantic getaway, so I’m hoping the salad and soup will be better, but right now I feel too nauseous to try them. I’ll update this review later. On top of everything, it was also pretty expensive!"

"Open nearly 24 hours and also at a fair price for dinner and weekend special. My boy and I love to eat here. Authentic Thai food and nice service. They occasionally give homeless guys water and some help, which shows their kind heart. We are always happy eating here. The parking is kinda strange. This plaza is the only palace with “valet parking” that you actually don’t need any one to park for you. But you just have to pay the parking. We usually park on the street that is cheaper and no difference in terms of walking distance for me. To be honest, I don’t like to be forced to pay parking. Food is really nice, both at Thai and Chinese food. They are apparently Thailanders, I don’t understand why they have Chinese food. However, their Chinese is also good."

"This is the ONLY Thai Restaurant I will eat at. Hands down consistent menu items year after year. Any item on the menu will have you hooked on the distinctive flavor and style unlike any other Traditional Thai Restaurant. Thai Talay takes Authentic Thai to a whole other level. Trust me when I tell you it’s an experience dining here. The team at Thai Talay are the Best and deliver exceptional service. Make sure to toast Bank the owner with your beverage of choice who can be found mingling with guests and making them feel like you are being hosted in his home. It’s the “Cheers” of Playa Del Rey and a must for lunch or dinner any night if the week. If you don’t like the food at Thai Talay it’s definitely your issue not theirs. “Loyal Patron for Life”"

"I was disappointed with my experience. I noticed all the great reviews from before COVID and decided to give it a try. However, the prices were extremely high (as shown in the picture), and the food was just okay—not excellent. The Pad Thai was overly sticky, and the fried tofu had a rubbery texture. It seems they still have a long way to go to regain their previous reputation."

"Everything was overly sweet. Curries are usually on the spicy side, but this felt more like eating plain sugar. The flavors were extremely mild—there were no kaffir leaves or anything to enhance the taste. This place used to be good, but now it's worse than a store-bought Thai sauce."

"I have been here a couple of times with my coworkers and I would definitely go again. The food is very tasty and everyone always agrees on that. I usually order the fried rice and egg rolls and it was perfect both times. I also love how Osha cares about the presentation of their food. You really get to eat with your eyes before you actually start eating and this is something I value in a dining experience. The interior/ambience are also great-It's really pretty inside. Since they are never too busy at lunch time and have ample space we are always quickly seated and experience wonderful service. Thank you Osha!"

"There are no dedicated vegan restaurants in Corpus Christi. Thai Spice is a good option with many choices. The dishes were presented very creatively and beautifully. The waiter was nice, but rushed us through dinner as if it was lunch hour--even after being told that we were not in a hurry. Most dishes can be made vegan by selecting the vegetable or tofu option. They will also leave off egg upon request. One warning: I mentioned that I didn't want meat I ordered a noddle dish I wasn't familiar with and the server asked if I wanted him to leave off the egg. The description didn't include egg. So, to be sure, ask if egg is included or make sure you want it omitted."

"Such an aweful restaurant I have ever seen in my life time. I have never seen a human being who is so mean to a CRAWLING BABY . They asked us to step out of the restaurant for my baby 's giggle sounds after all the orders were at the table and at the time of eating food. We just stepped out of it without eating anything. We were badly hurt by these stupids, idiots ........,It deserves no stars at all. Coming to food it was the worsest food ever!!!! Just tooooo oily!!!"

"My colleagues and I had reservations at 12 noon and was seated promptly. Since Burmese restaurant are rear in the area, we were really looking forward to this experience. While we weren't in a hurry, the restaurant was. Drinks were ordered and they pushed to have a food order at the same time. We choose to wait to order the food until the drinks were brought to us. We ordered the Burmese style beef and goat stew as well as the Moh Hin Ga (Fish Noodle Soup). While the sauces of the meat stews were nice, it wasn't spectacular! The stew meats were definitely not tender. If you enjoy tough meat, then these dishes are for you. Additionally, the Moh Hin Ga was lacking in flavor and in my colleagues words: "would not order it again". Also, soft drinks and iced tea and refilled complimentary. Given the rush and the below average experience, will not be going back. Given there their great Yelp ratings, there seems to be a lot of patrons that like it. Maybe we just attended them on a bad day or the normal Chef was not present that day..."

"Came in 10/21/2033 dinner time. The atmosphere was relaxing and bright. Wonderful music playing in the background by a guitarist we were lucky that he was there that night). Surprisingly wasn't cold even when sitting outside. The service was great except it felt like he forgot our bread and butter refill but it was alright. Ordered the carpaccio which is honestly the most unique thing I ate in my life $16). However it is thinly sliced fillet mignon cooked in lemon so it's super sour. It is definitely worth the try. I ordered the grilled salmon. $36) Let me just say, the lemon sauce with the salmon was the best combo. The salmon was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I just wish I had more. Lastly we ordered a chocolate decadence $10). It was extremely rich and creamy paired with whip cream and a raspberry sauce that felt very sour. I just wished I had milk to pair with the chocolate. Overall. Great experience. Definitely worth the visit. I would check out the menu first as it is on the pricey side. Heard that this was a family owned restaurant with extremely friendly owners."

"Great Malaysian food in Washington DC, friendly staff members, reasonably priced. I had a to go order consisting of Beef Rendang and Char Kway Teoy. Both were delicious and authentic enough. The serving portion was also generous for the price. The rendang was tender and kway teoy also tastes great. Definitely would recommend this place!"
