"We stayed at the hotel, with a breakfast credit, so we ate at this restaurant almost every day for breakfast, for 6 or so mornings. We also ate there twice for dinner. Overall, the food is average at best, with some instances where the food was not thoroughly cooked or arrived cold. The service was quite slow as well on some days. The burger was ok on one day, but the bun was quite soggy on arrival. The churros for dessert were raw and not cooked. The waffles one day were also not cooked, and the pancakes arrived cold. The food is way over-priced, given that the restaurant is part of the 5-star hotel Madeline (which itself was not what we were hoping for). Overall, we found this restaurant to be disappointing and not living up to what one might expect at a 5-star hotel, with the cost just not even remotely correlating with the quality."
