"Was very excited to get the Habit in Atown, Santa Barbara being my first time. They opened up a beautiful new building right on the main drag, across from Vons. Every time I go, service is very slow, prices are high for fast food and the French fries are cold. My Chicken sandwich: flavorful, soft ciabatta bread, fresh tasting vegetables, great flavor with the savory/sweet grilled onions, yet was missing a lot of meat, an unacceptable amount. Onion rings were done perfectly, crunchy, salty, and warm. The fries were seasoned well, but we're lukewarm and soggy. The problem is, The Habit was considered one of the best fast food options. Between the long wait, $16 for a combo with barely any meat and soggy fries, and it all being lukewarm, no wonder it is a 2.5 star. Come on Habit! Standards and practices have to come up."
