"Expensive, but worth every dollar! You can order à la carte or choose one of the all inclusive tasting menus. We picked the less expensive tasting. In a tasting there are numerous items with most being just one bite. Starting with Cotton Candy Foie Gras (Foie Gras hidden inside a sphere of cotton candy, a surprise taste! , we continued through Bagel Lox Cone (dill cream cheese, salmon roe , Smoke Ice Oysters (apple wood-smoked oysters, apple mignonette , The Classic Tartare (beef sirloin, Savora mustard, egg yolk, HP Sauce, anchovy, Parker House rolls , Chef’s selection of cured meats, “Beefsteak” Tartare (tomato, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, cucumber, black olive, gem lettuce , Rosewood Texas Ribeye Wagyu/Black Angus (oak-wood fired, this was NOT a bite, there was so much we had to take home! , Buttered Potato Puree (which is butter, butter, more butter and some potatoes , Button Mushrooms, Garlic, Nasturtium, Grilled Asparagus in Romesco Sauce and finally, Cream puffs, assorted, tarts, little cakes. This was quite an experience! Every bite was the best! The staff was excellent. Be sure to make a reservation. You will thoroughly enjoy Bazaar Meat by José Andrés at the Sahara, Las Vegas."
