"the kitchen will crash and burn this restaurant. I saw 3 tables standing up and going after I had waited an hour to two hours for their meal. the restaurant was very busy, but the owner must solve this separation! I have eaten three times in this restaurant, and unfortunately is the same story, we are short in the kitchen, please bar with us, I was in countless restaurants that are extremely busy and they managed to prepare meals in time. the restaurant has a very cool mood, but I fear if this is not corrected, it will soon be confiscated to exist."

"I went to la fresa francesa, since I saw many good reviews, 600 reviews with 4.7 stars, so I went with many high expectations for eating. we had the foie gras pastelitos that came with guava paste and a pastelito. I would not recommend it (the court), I enjoyed the fusion between Cuban a French on this special plate, but the foie gras taste was simply not there, it is a $20.00 appetizer plate so that I expected to be blown away. now we had her special for the night, that was a huge boneless ribey that was delicious that came with two sides the duck fat potatoes and the mais perfectly to share (it could sound expensive, but a smaller ribeye at the capitol grill costs a bit more with zero side) I enjoyed this plate very much. the beverage menu is not bad prices for a restaurant to be, although I expected more affordable options due to the location/surface. they offer a very good service, they feel welcome from the moment when they open the door, they are welcomed by the team and everyone is very attentive that they are good and nothing is needed, what I think is the main reason for such high rating 4.7 stars of 600 review. I will definitely go back to try their regular menu items as well as other appetizers to get a sense of what their kitchen is all. thank you!"

"On July we arrived for our Saturday evening dinner with a reservation for There were approximately people waiting on the sidewalk outside and found out that Mazza Luna , which was supposed to open at was still closed. We waited with everyone else for about twenty minutes. When we looked inside it was dark and we didn't see a single person.There was no sign up concerning an emergency or other problem. We walked away as everyone else went into the Japanese restaurant next door. This was after we were sent numerous reminders of our reservation. We won't be back"

"I gave this restaurant a shot since I am not from this town and here is my experience:1) When I arrived to the restaurant, I noticed so many cars blocking the road in front of the restaurant which tends to be typical in Yemen, but not a representative. They should not blocking the road entirely. Very disrespectful2) I got into the restaurant and I loved the decorations and atmosphere. They have two waiters who were quick to get my order ready. They were very respectful and helpful. Well done.3) I ordered Yemeni Lamb Haneeth which came with side of salad, Maraq, sahawaq, rice, and the meat.Salad, Maraq and Sahawaq were good.Rice is ok but is messing salt and the Yemeni spice. They can do better job cooking the riceThe Haneeth was tender and came hot and fresh. However, they did not do a great job with the spice. I was eating chunck of cumen. "One of our favorite local restaurants. Delicious food. They have both Viet and Thai options. Reasonable prices. Staff friendly. Dine-in Take out available. Parking available. Highly recommend! BYOB. State store is couple of doors down (Manoa Center), park and walk over if you to purchase alcohol to bring in. PS. Just like many places experiencing higher supply costs, some dishes have a higher price because of it, which is understandable and there are signs posted. The sign also notes that when supply prices go back to normal reduce, they will readjust the prices accordingly. Please support your local businesses and try to be patient because the food industry has been slowly recovering, and the industry needs our help where and when we can."

"This restaurant is a hidden gem that we stumbled upon. The outdoor seating was fantastic, offering both shelter and an open feel. The rustic decor inside and out was charming. The service was exceptional, even without a reservation. We were promptly greeted, given menus, and offered drinks. The menu had a great variety and the food was delicious. "This is a review that has been a long time coming. Before the pandemic, even when the place was screaming busy and my wife and I had to wait for a table, the food was out in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. The food is authentic and always made with high quality, fresh ingredients. The portions are quite generous as well. In the past two years of visiting this place we have never ever been disappointed. We go about once every week. The chicken teriyaki appetizers are awesome, the fresh spring rolls are to die for. My wife loves the spicy fried rice #67) that comes in a hot clay pot, loaded with shiitake mushrooms, shrimp, beef, and chicken. Today she ate half of it, and when we took it home it filled the entire to go box. And my main reason for going, the beef pho #18), is out of this world. I know what it's all about, I've had it dozens and dozens of times, but every time is like the first time. My soul heals a bit with every sip of the rich broth. I'm sorry mama, but this is one dish that someone does better than you. I believe the restaurant is family owned, and the people running the place could not be nicer. My server remembers our orders to the letter and they always make us feel at home. I would give this place extra stars if I could!! "We were looking for a pho place in the area and found Pho Viet Saigon nearby. With a solid 4-star rating, we were hopeful. But something doesn 't add up... literally. I 'm prettttty sure they overcharged me, but bad on me for not asking for an itemized receipt. We initially tried ordering on Grubhub for pickup, but they are delivery only on the ordering service. So, we called them up and ordered for pickup over the phone instead. Three entrees and a side of summer rolls cost approximately $50. As the guy punched in the numbers for the entrees, already the prices were higher than what was advertised on the menu. The summer rolls side $3.95 on Grubhub was closer to $5. Pho entrees advertised as $8-$9 on the GrubHub page were coming up as $11 and change. Even with the potential $2.25 upcharges for additional toppings and factoring in tax, the total is unusually high. A ballpark estimate on Grubhub was approximately $35 after tax. I wondered whether there was a miscommunication and instead of extra toppings, they would give us whole other entrees, but the food order was correct. So maybe the miscommunication was with the guy who rung us up on the register... perhaps he thought we ordered five entrees. But I maintain that they definitely overcharged me though it didn 't occur to me until after paying and getting the order. Consider it a generous tip in COVID times... I was not impressed with their takeout game. While they did provide us with a bag of garnishes bean sprouts, mint, basil, cilantro, limes, hoisin, etc. , there was no sriracha, napkins, or utensils. Those luxuries are apparently reserved for those who opt to dine-in. And while they did separate the broth and the pho so that they noodles wouldn 't get too soggy, they package the noodles in a Chinese carryout container, so when you dump them in your bowl, it 's literally a square disappointment. The flavor of the pho was fine; nothing special but not offensive either. The broth was a little greasy. I didn 't try the bun bo hue or summer rolls, but the summer rolls looked like a hearty size with shrimp in each bite. The restaurant had a nice ambiance, but I feel somewhat slighted. For what I paid and what I ate, it was not good value overall."
