"The service has gone downhill significantly! How hard can it be to answer a phone call, take an order, and have it ready for pickup in 30 minutes? I'm not sure what the management and staff are doing, but they seem unable to do any of the three essential tasks required to run a pizza place. Since they can't take or prepare an order correctly or on time, maybe it's for the best that they hang up on you when you call—they're actually doing us a favor. After being hung up on four times while trying to place an order, I ended up getting a delicious pizza from a competitor that I thoroughly enjoyed. The quality standards at this place have practically vanished. Have yours? I didn't think so. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else; finding a good pizza is easy—just not here!"
