"All the FOH staff were great. They were personable, accommodating, and attentive. stars for them!! We only stayed for a drink and an app. The only reason was because of the prices ... even by NYC standards they’re insane. Almost nothing on the menu is under and almost every beer is or more. You can find the same food, beer, experience downtown for half the price. Sorry"

"Nice, cozy room with a small but well-designed selection of beers. The food is also very good; The starters may seem a little expensive for a gastropub, but for gourmets they are comparable in complexity and taste to dishes in the rich table, a rare find in the outer mission / Bernal. If you are looking for tasty snacks, great cocktails and beer in the neighborhood, I highly recommend this hotel."

"Our drink order was incorrect twice. Once is a problem; twice is unconscionable in a fine restaurant. The drink order was handed off to helpers twice and they were clearly not well-trained. In addition, it took more than 30 minutes for the two of us to get the correct drinks. My husband loved his mushroom ravoli; my trout was well prepared and was to have a mushroom sauce but there was very little of it. As a result, it was dry. The overall experience was a disappointment. We love seafood restaurants and had planned to return for brunch the next day with friends. We went elsewhere."

"Had hibachi dinner here tonight and we couldn’t have been more disappointed in the food. We had a fantastic server hibachi cook but the food was completely tasteless idk what happened! Started off with soft shell crab and the crab tasted like oil with a funky taste. The last few times I ordered this I could’ve sworn the dipping sauce came on top of the crab but it was very tasteless. The fried rice, noodles, meat, scallops and veggies all lacked flavor..no salt,pepper, garlic, VERY little soy. If you’re getting a combination dinner and get 8/9 little pieces of filet while everyone else had full portions even the other couple next to us got combo dinners that’s not right. For the money they charge this is really disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be returning. Before dinner tonight we had a few take out orders (sushi) that also missed the mark."

"My husband and I have visited this restaurant on several occasions. I used to enjoy flawless meals, but I'm not contemplating if I want to go back. I always order their scallops because everything about the dish is wonderful…usually. I thought the scallops looked undercooked this time around, but I'm not a chef nor an expert so I dug in. There was sand in the scallops and the asparagus were so thick that I had a hard time even cutting them apart. I also ended up getting a really bad stoma … – show"
