"This has become my favorite sub shop for several reasons. The bread is incredibly soft and fresh. The ingredients are abundant, and they offer an extensive variety of sandwiches to choose from. Their oil and red wine vinegar dressing is the perfect combination. You can customize your sandwich to your liking, and they'll even grill your onions if you prefer them cooked rather than raw! I don't know of any other Italian sandwich shop that goes the extra mile like that. Every employee I've interacted with here genuinely enjoys their work and is friendly to customers. "I must say it is rare for me to Leave 5 star reviews and I am not easily impressed. Your Sandwiches truly beat all the rest! Much better then Subway, Jersey mikes, and what used to be my favorite Fire House Subs. Gandolfo's New York Delicatessen is now my Favorite Sandwich place to eat. I had a promo to get 50% of my next 3 orders on door dash and decided to try Gandolfo's. The quality of the food is excellent. The bread and all the meat is extremely tender. I ordered the French onion drip sandwich and I admire the generosity in the amount of the broth dip they give you. I have had something like this before from other restaurants and they are not nearly as generous with the broth dip as Gandolfo's. Gandolfo's truly cares about the customers and the quality of their products. I will definitely be ordering directly from your website soon. "Haven't even finished my sandwich (combo meal). Will definitely be taking half home! So awesome has to stop eating to complete this review. Young man suggested Dark Knight! And I tried the home made potato salad. Not like my sis' but it has me hooked! Awesome! I blindly picked this on way home because I didn't want the same! And it was a really great choice. "I find this place to be extremely rude and unprofessional in conduct. There is a female worker there who is flat out rude. I was told while phoning in my order that Promenade employees received a 10% discount. I came in to pick up my order and was told that the discount is not available. That the manager said that they can 't apply any discounts. I perceived that because I am African American that this female didn 't want to apply any discounts. Other workers in the Promenade experience the same treatment from the same female worker at Gandolfo 's. Ask can you have something as simple as pickles. You 'll be told that there 's a pickle shortage??? So weird. And stated to another customer, that my wife wears too much makeup. Very insulting and again rude. Very unprofessional. You go in thinking, well maybe I took it wrong. Maybe I 'm being too sensitive. But when other people say the same thing, everyone isn 't lying. There 's a pattern and the owner will need to make adjustments to correct this."
