"I came in around 11:30am on a Sunday. I experienced good customer service and no wait at all. Food was delicious. I like their okra vegetable dish their spinach dish. Personally, the bhindi is slightly better in their Jamboree location, but I like their spinach here. The portion is decent I feel they can give a little more. Their portion is like Panda Express to help you relate ? P.S. their naan bread tasted more starchy. The other location is better."

"First time back after Covid and was sad to learn the place had changed ownership. They still had desserts and a salad bar. The familiar dishes were still on the buffet. However, the taste isn’t how I remembered it to be. A little bit bland. Also, their mango ice cream, an old time favorite tasted more of cream than mango. They still provide naan on the side but this time, we only got 2 pieces of naan( 1/2 of a naan each). Staff looked angry and not at all attentive. In the past, if we ran out of naan, the kind lady would ask if we needed more naan. I won’t return."

"Our server, K, was exceptional. She offered excellent recommendations and was very attentive to our dietary restrictions, as Tabla has a great selection of vegan and gluten-free options! We visited for a special occasion, so we were prepared for a higher bill, but unfortunately, the prices felt a bit steep compared to the food quality. As a result, it may not become one of our regular dining spots in the future."

"The chaats were disappointing. The papdi chaat was lacking nearly every spice, resulting in a bland and soggy dish. There was barely a hint of yogurt, and the sweet chutney was more sour than sweet, missing any spice or chili flavor. The Gobi Manchurian resembled a large cauliflower tree (it's important to break down the florets and crisp them up), and it was soggy as well! Surprisingly, the flavor was better than its appearance suggested. The samosa chaat was decent—while not exactly gourmet, it did have some identifiable flavors. However, it lacked the crispy edges typical of samosas and resembled more of a potato patty than a proper samosa, making it feel more like an aloo patty chaat instead. As for the vegetable biryani, I can't comment since they forgot to include it and asked me to return in person for a credit or to pick it up again. The paneer was average as well—nothing special, and while the cubes were soft, the curry was rather ordinary. The naan, on the other hand, was simply undercooked and felt raw."

"Finally, Indian cooking that doesn't load everything up with hot peppter to make up for lack of cooking expertise. They manage to spice things delicately to bring out the true flavors of the sauces and foods. I suppose if you want it really hot, they'll do it. Nice place to eat well prices are quite moderate also a dying art and have a conversation. What a concept! Highly recommended."

"I have been fortunate enough to dine at Spice Grill on several rainy days, both under the previous and current ownership. The customer service is consistently excellent, and the food is abundant and incredibly tasty! Recently, I tried their delivery service for the first time and was impressed by the personal delivery from the manager, who was very friendly and polite. The food arrived hot and fresh, and the portion sizes were very generous. A helpful tip: avoid ordering from GrubHub, as they take a 30% commission. It is recommended to order from Grover or contact the restaurant directly to place an order."

"This place has been in Diamond Bar for many years. I first visited this spot around 2006 or so when my older sister first brought me here to try Indian food for the first time.I’ve seen this place change interior I think twice over the times I’ve visited, and it seems like it’s stayed under the same ownership for many years (not sure how many times they did change ownership if ever).I give this place 5 stars because it’s always been consistent taste wise, interior is always clean and well kept, and employees are always kind and super attentive even if it’s 2 people eating at the time. As a former server, I know they put in all this effort to keep people coming back, and they’ve been doing it for over 10 years.I appreciate that they haven’t made sacrifices in the food due to rising costs."

"Let me start off by saying the food is fantastic at this restaurant. The portions are great, and the quality is amazing. What's inexcusable is the incense that they have burning. It is so strong that my children and I had a headache by the time we left. This has happened on more than one occasion. I imagine the people who have had this same experience have stayed quiet and not returned. It's as if you're in a Catholic church and they are blessing a casket before a burial. It's so strong you can smell it over the food, and it is so noticeable. I understand having incense in a store that sells unique items but I for the life of me cannot understand why a restaurant would have incense. I can't think of another restaurant I've ever experienced this in. It's burning all the time and you'll notice it the second you approach the front door. We stopped going and started to choose another location because of this. We would be happy to return if this were to change."

"Always a favorite for after theater dinner on Tremont Street. We enjoy the wide variety of dishes and selections. Nice ambience and enjoyable experience. Really like the complete meal for two options, with appetizers, entrees and desserts... Both vegetarian and non vegetarian choices!"

"The restaurant had a peaceful ambiance, although the light at our table would flicker on and off sporadically. Despite this, the food was truly exceptional! It was incredibly delicious. The waiter made sure to accommodate our request for no spice. Generous portions allowed us to take leftovers home for lunch. Although we do not reside in Colorado, we would certainly come back again!"

"I enjoyed my shrimp curry, which was quite good. My partner opted for the buffet, but the chicken tikka was out and not replenished while we were there. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff argued with me about having made a reservation through OpenTable. After taking our order, our waiter never brought our drinks and didn't refill our water, so we had to ask someone else for that. Our waiter never came back to our table at all."

"Looking for BOMB Indian food?! Then look no further! Natraj?s seriously blows all of the competitors out of the park with their high quality food. I came here originally because I was craving some chicken tikka masala. It?s hard to find food that packs serious value with quantity. While you can order entrees at much higher rates, they do have combo options you can take advantage of with the entrees that are already ready to serve and eat. Upon entry, I was immediately greeted and offered samples for just about everything I wanted to try. I knew what I wanted coming into it, but appreciated their effort in letting me try so many others. I settled on a 1-item combo which is only $9.99 and comes with rice and naan. You can also get garlic naan for only $0.69! Definitely recommend this as I regretted not doing so. The food is placed in a biodegradable container and plastic wrapped to avoid any spills during its ride home with you. I seriously appreciated that! I also appreciated that they offered to have sauce on my rice because I loooooooove the tikka masala sauce! When I got home, I inhaled the whole thing. I felt so bad that I couldn?t have taken a better shot of the combo meal because it just smelled so good that I did not want to waste any time. And that naan I was telling you about? DELICIOUS and such a huge portion! Seriously... what are you waiting for?! If you?re a fan of Indian food then definitely try this place out. I?m still full from eating the combo plate but I already cannot wait to come back for more!"

"We had an expensive lunch at this restaurant on the weekend. We visited with friends on Saturday for the first time. We ordered 3 popular dishes, but the waiter forgot to bring white basmati rice for 2 of the main dishes. I ended up ordering saffron rice, but it turned out to be turmeric rice instead, which was very greasy and not recommended. We will try different Indian restaurants in the future. We requested outdoor seating for privacy, but the waiter did not offer it to us even though there were plenty of seats available outside."

"excellent. eating and service excellent. the lamb boti was perfectly spiced and delicate. they have a version of chicken tikka masa, which I wanted to try, and the owner brought me a small sample for free so that I could compare. the table next to us had a family with a small child. the waiter brought him an Origami boat and folded a serviette like a hat. the young one was enthusiastic. the naan was crispy and tasty. the restaurant was clean and well furnished. What can I say? I'd eat again and again."

"Went for lunch on a weekday recently discovered that even though the name said carryout, they have at least 10 table seating inside! They do have a very $20 minimum price though if you do choose to eat in so carry out may make more sense fr just one person. Their service was decent and fast. The interiors were very dated and sorry looking but don't let that deceive you their curries are authentic and flavored amazingly at least their Chicken tikka masala and Ginger Kadai were amazing. Their naans and rotis taste great too but I think they just fry them instead of making them the proper way in a tandoor (which needs special equipment and a lot of skill). They seem to be Punjabi run but from the 2 dishes I ordered, they have great tasting dishes from both North and South India. They only lose a star coz it is a little pricey and the ambience was poor."

"This restaurant experience was far from satisfactory. I would give it zero stars if that were an option. We ordered Manchurian, but were served potato balls drenched in tomato ketchup gravy instead. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, who is not Indian, she tried to convince me that I was mistaken about Indian cuisine. Additionally, the Methi Malai dish I ordered was disappointing; it lacked cream and instead was topped with kasoori methi. To top things off, the service was poor and all the dishes tasted the same. As an Indian, I cannot recommend this place. However, if you're not familiar with authentic Indian flavors, you might be easily misled."

"this was the best Indian food I've ever had, can't believe it was in payson! we had a large group eating in this restaurant and I was so pleasantly surprised to see “vegan options” written on the side of the restaurant and to choose a whole series of vegan options. all their naan is also vegan and they had the best customer service. everyone in our party said this was the best Indian food they ever had. - What?"

"I am extremely upset with this restaurant! The food we ordered was way too spicy, even though we specifically asked for it to be mild. When I complained, I received a rude response that really angered me. It's disappointing because we used to enjoy eating at this restaurant. It only takes one person to ruin the experience, in this case the person who answered the phone. I hope they receive the same level of service they provided. They did call me later and offer to prepare a new order for us, but by then my child had already suffered from the spicy food."

"If you enjoy authentic Indian food and excellent hospitality, then Color of Spices in Rockville Centre needs to be on your go to list. The decor is traditional Indian and makes you feel like you stepped into Mumbai. The aromas and foods served were excellently prepared and ample portioned. For starters, we ordered the Vegetable Samosa A small triangular pastry filled with spiced potatoes and peas, the Assorted Vegetable Platter A delicious assortment of vegetable samosa, vegetable pakora, alu ki tiki, and three baskets of Naan bread plain, garlic, and rosemary. For our entrees, we opted for Lamb Vindaloo (for those who love heat) as Vindaloo is made with a blend of hot chilies and spices, Tandoori Shrimp (for those who do not), Chicken Tikka Masala (a crowd pleaser) as it is made with boneless chicken supreme simmered in a creamy tomato gravy with a tasty flavor of fenugreek. The sauce is rich, creamy, and has just a touch of heat. Also, we enjoyed Vegetable Biryani A rice dish with whole spices of cardamom, bay leaf, cloves, cumin seed, raisin, and cinnamon served with Raita a vegetable yogurt and Gobhi Manchurian fried cauliflower and spices. All in all, we felt like Royalty as we left wanting nothing more but to return."
