"Came to this place for the first time tonight, since I was craving some sushi and teriyaki chicken....I ordered 2 small chicken bowls, a large chicken bowl plate and a volcano roll. Total price was $51. As I waited, the phone was ringing off the hook, but none of the workers answered. I observed 6 other people waiting for their food, and 2 people in the kitchen preparing the orders. 30 minutes passed by and still my food or anyone else's food was not ready, so I asked for an update as to when it would be ready. The worker said the guy in the kitchen with him was his first day and he didn't know the menu or what to do. They not only had my order waiting to be cooked but about 6-7 other ticket orders waiting as well. The worker asked me to verify my order and then told me they were out of chicken for the night. Ummmm, excuse me? I've been waiting for 30 minutes and now they don't have the food I ordered?? So, I asked for a refund. Needless to say, I will not be coming back! What a waste of time!! So unprepared and unprofessional. Ps. Anyone going for the sushi rolls, I noticed they were premade and not fresh. That could be a problem too, just saying. "
