"I visited the restaurant with my family of four for their Christmas buffet, marking our second holiday season at the downtown location (since the Buckhead location has closed). Overall, we had a wonderful experience, with one notable exception: there was a woman singing so loudly that it became nearly impossible to carry on a conversation with my family—quite frustrating. I would recommend either eliminating the singing altogether or switching to softer Christmas music. The loud singing was really disruptive. On a positive note, the staff were excellent and very friendly, and the food was both delicious and abundant. However, I was taken aback to find a 25% tip automatically added to my bill, especially considering that there was only drink service at the table."
