"I 'm a big fan of Pressed Juice. VIP account. Order delivery often. Stop by locations when traveling. Yadda yadda yadda. I 've never actually been into this location while at Santana Row, but we order delivery from this location via the Pressed app pretty often. Never had an issue. Juices are what they are. Love the açaí bowls and the freeze 's for a healthier dessert. This week, I wasn 't feeling well so ordered a Vitamin C pack of juices/shots via delivery from the app. There is supposed to be like 3 juices and 6 shots or something. Got my delivery and it was 1 juice, 1 shot. When you order on the app, the delivery comes via UberEats but there 's no direct way to follow up like when you order directly from the delivery service. So I called the location and talked to the shift leader, Jackie. She was super nice, and said that if I called Pressed customer service they could set up a new delivery- but she couldn 't do it on her end. I did that, and 45min later another delivery came- this time it is only one shot- that wasn 't even part of my original order. I was pretty annoyed, tbh. But also, mistakes happen. People are people. So I called back to customer service and they said another delivery was going to be expedited. Called the store and talked to Jackie again- who sounded pretty embarrassed. 30min later I got my third delivery with the entire original order 2 extra shots, 3 extra juices, and a handwritten apology from Jackie. I write all of this to say that I appreciate how Jackie and the Pressed team handled a ridiculous situation. They could have asked for photo proof or deflected responsibility, but they didn 't. They were just willing to have a conversation and find a solution that worked. The extra juices weren 't necessary, but they were definitely appreciated. If anyone from Pressed corporate comes across this, you 've got a good leader in Jackie at the Santana Row location. "RON M HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOES NOT CARE FOR THE BRANDS REPUTATION. I love pressed and am an active VIP member. I love how welcoming and informative all the employees are but today I had a horrible experience with the store manager Ron M. he was not welcoming or friendly in any way. I asked for an Original açaí bowl and he gave me a superfood bowl instead which I understand that mistakes happen so I wasn 't too upset. but considering I had to go back twice to the store already to ask for her items he forgot I did not want a melted bowl so I turned around and went to return it. when I walked into the store Ron was very rude and unfriendly and instead of trying to offer to remake it or offer a refund he insisted in arguing with me that I didn 't tell him I wanted an original bowl. he never once apologized or tried to make the situation better. Everything couldve been solved with a simple sorry about that can I remake that for you or would you prefer a refund . Also, when I initially ordered he didn 't attempt to tell me about ordering in the app I had to ask what perks VIP got you and how it worked. He didn 't seem to care much for the brands reputation or it 's customers and proceeded to tell me that he was the store manager so I couldn 't really talk to anyone else but him and denied to give me contact information for a person higher up then him. I am now thinking of canceling my VIP membership and going to a different store that offers better customer service than pressed juicers and if you 're ready this review I would consider doing the same or go to a different location in which Ron doesn 't work at so you can get treated like a paying customer."

"I came into this location to buy some juice. Juanita or whatever her name is was on the phone did not say hello. I began to ask a couple of questions about the Black History Month selection she didn 't even look up and continue to text on her phone. I try to ask a couple of other questions and she seemed pretty annoyed by the fact that I was disrupting her texting. To the point that my own husband asked her if we come at a bad time. She proceeded to explain that she was dealing with the call out situation on her phone because people make up excuses not to come to work and asked did I do something wrong? My husband said it seem like she was irritated and that she wasn 't in a position to be very helpful. I made another selection For my fourth Juice, because I had only pick three she then proceeded to ask what she could 've done to be better. Her whole energy was off and I told her I was not interested in giving her a lesson on customer service and that I would like to complete my transaction. Her entire energy was extremely negative even before she sarcastically asked if there was a way she could 've been more helpful. I asked her if I could please complete my transaction. I began to give her my phone number for the third time and AGAIN she asked do I want to proceed with the transaction and I stated for the fourth time yes and was trying to pay. I asked her name and that is when she blew up. She said you know what you need to leave I don 't want to serve you . GET OUT!!! She took the juices back put them in the fridge. I took out my phone so that I could do a review like this one and she said I don 't give a F@ ; take a picture of me...call...do whatever you want I 'm gonna call my boss first and began to yell at me and berate me out of her store. She even came from behind the counter! I am a 48 year old woman that has frequented pressed Juicery for years and this is the most embarrassed I 've ever been by an experience. Whatever your employee told you is not true and you need to fire her. I hope you have cameras, then you can just watch the footage yourself."
