"Hmmmm... Thought I 'd give it a try gravely disappointed. I ordered the breakfast waffle, cashier asked did I want anything else I asked for a small coffee and scrambled eggs with cheese. She went to kitchen to give chef order then came back and said we don 't scramble eggs here they only come sunny side up. Huh? Ok no problem, Chef then emerges from kitchen and says the coffee comes with the meal (as she charged me separate for the coffee). I hand her my credit card she walks over to register plugs up a device and swipes my card multiple times, then calls chef from kitchen he reaches behind register to plug device tries the card again and then nothing. Due to his attention at the preparation of my meal he runs back to kitchen. Cashier then calls Boss Lady for card machine assistance. Chef comes out with my order, cashier hangs up phone and says the machine don 't work, You have to pay cash. Well not my lucky day because I don 't carry cash during holiday season. Chef comes out looks at her and says her food ready, cashier looks at me and says I 'm sorry. Calls next guest behind me ??? I was disappointed. Atmosphere is wonderful yet contradicts the actual run of business. Customer service and operational training will do them best. Though I 'm upset the business has potential and I wish them the very best."
