"Absolutely incredible! We visited to celebrate my daughter’s 9th birthday after spending time at the American Dream mall. The food was fantastic! The pizza was outstanding—truly the best I’ve ever had! This place is a true hidden gem! The wings were also amazing! The family-friendly atmosphere, welcoming staff, and excellent service left us in awe! We’re still raving about it. It was an incredibly satisfying experience, and we will definitely return! "A bit pricey but everything tastes great while looking out at a million dollar view. The lobster pasta is a $37 dish but the taste justifies the cost. Same goes for the lamb appetizer. Decent fried calamari. Really enjoyed the steak dip and chips in a mini pan even the pepperoni and sausage pizza wasn't bad. All served with a back drop of an amazing view of the ocean. I do wish they would top off your ice tea or the kid's soda without a double charge. You feel like you're getting nickle and dimed when you spend $40 on a dish but have to pay $3 extra for every drink refill. Despite this little annoying practice, I really enjoyed my experience here."

"I have been waiting and thinking about what kind of review to post on this Italian restaurant . Well , I think if you are in the greenville nc area and , you have a bit of a craving for some of the most delicious appetizers to start off your experience with , just come sit at the table of perfection . Oh my . Mushrooms ? are spot on . The beer batter dip will blow you away . I have been to many Italian restaurants and, I ask the wait staff , would you by any slight chance offer Parmigiano regieano cheese ? ? and ... wait for it ... get your heart right ... the answer is , ding ding ding winner winner ? chicken ? dinner . YES YES YES ...HOW MUCH FRESHLY GRATED SHAVED WOULD YOU LIKE ? my heart can't keep up at this point . The pasta dishes are ample not over the top huge but , very satisfying . If you are dining solo or , have the whole family ? , I think you would leave with Italian love in not only your belly but , your heart as well ."

"I have a strong dislike for pizzas. The variety of salads offered is impressive—healthy and delicious options! "I haven’t eaten M Italian in almost 2 years because the last previous two occasions my experiences were not great. Unfortunately, things are still not great. Today I ordered the salmon salad. The salmon was very salty, overcooked, and basically just didn’t seem fresh. The salad leaves were wilted, avocado was black, no tomatoes as advertised on menu and a couple sprinkles of feta cheese. My friend also has not eaten at M Italian in a couple years. She had the chicken Parmesan. It was basically pan fried chicken sliced served with a salty tomato sauce on the side and cold mozzarella thrown on top of sliced chicken. It was more like chicken fingers with a red dipping sauce. The price on the lunch menu is $20. We got charged $26. I didn’t realize this until I came home to write this review. Perhaps it was because my friend swapped pasta for salad. But the waitress never mentioned an up charge. The waitress was distant. we received our food one plate at a time. First my salad then about 10 minutes later, my friend received her salad and a few minutes later her chicken Fingers. The waitress never asked how the meal was and never cleared the table. When I did mention I wasn’t happy with my salmon. She just started to walk away before I could finish. I stopped her so I can continue my concerns over my meal and asked her to tell the chef. She never came back with an apology or acknowledge that she passed my concerns on. After asking for the bill twice, sitting at a dirty table, she finally brought the bill. 15% was a generous tip, considering her lack of concern for an unhappy customer and her waitressing skills. I will not be returning to this restaurant or recommended it to friends or family. I normally don’t write reviews, but the food was such poor quality and the service appalling. The only good thing about this restaurant was the two young man working at the Valet service! Very polite!"

"Our food took quite some time to arrive, and everything with a cream sauce seemed to have been sitting out too long, becoming crusty instead of maintaining a creamy texture. The dishes we received were only warm at best. On a brighter note, our server was well-informed and made excellent suggestions, being very helpful with any food-related concerns we had. It was evident that the kitchen was experiencing timing issues, as some dishes were served overly hot while others were merely warm. Overall, everyone in our group enjoyed their meals. Although this experience didn’t fully meet our expectations given the positive reviews we had heard, we would consider giving it another try. We would recommend it to others who are interested, with the caveat that experiences may vary."

"I look forward to getting my pizza here. Besides tasting delicious, the customer service is exceptional. It makes me feel so good when I walk in and they know my name and what I'm going to order (12 slice pizza with pepperoni) and they even bring it out to my car. Guess I'll have to surprise them and order one of their sub sandwiches which I've heard are delicious, too!"

"Liquid Planet in Missoula offers an incredible deal on coffee, especially on Sundays, when you can get a cup for just $1.00, complete with free refills. The staff here are outstanding and truly hardworking! It can get pretty busy, but they handle it well, even if they're visibly worn out by the end of the rush. I really admire their dedication! Melina Scott and Tracy Dhalos are among the exceptional employees here. My only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure they have at least three staff members on hand during peak times to better manage the crowd."
