"Two-thirds of my plate consisted of white rice, and the only vegetable was some soggy lettuce. The meats were drenched in a generic-tasting sauce. One dish was so overloaded with sauce that you needed a spoon to get to the rice underneath. The restaurant is showing its age, with faded signs that are partially covered by printer paper that lists extra dishes. I can only assume the positive reviews come from long-time customers; anyone new would likely leave quickly, as the menu lacks focus. Although the name suggests otherwise, bentos are a very small part of the menu. I've had the same meal for a lower price at other places. The grilled items are quite good, so I recommend going for the teriyaki and avoiding the fried options since their sauce is quite sour."
