"I enjoyed the drunken noodles and the veggie Thai basil, while my girlfriend tried the Larb and the garlic shrimp. The garlic shrimp was incredible, but you have to be a garlic lover to appreciate it as much as she did—I only managed to snag one bite! My drunken noodles were soft, chewy, and generously coated in a flavorful sauce, accompanied by plenty of thinly sliced chicken and vegetables. The dish was packed with flavor but surprisingly not oily. We also ordered spring rolls, which were crispy on the outside and filled with hot vegetables.
While we were there, the restaurant featured a sea bass special that sounded delicious, and I plan to try that on our next visit if it's still available. This cozy bistro has a bar with signature cocktails listed on a chalkboard, along with a good selection of wine and spirits. I would estimate the restaurant seats about 70 or 80 people, including the front patio. It was quite busy on the weekend, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table; however, when we returned on a weeknight, it was bustling but we didn't have to wait.
We thoroughly enjoyed the food, the staff were friendly, and this restaurant has definitely become a must-visit for us whenever we're in the Hamptons."
