"For my girlfriends birthday we wanted a Thai restaurant that accepted reservations. You'd be surprised how few there are! Best Thai had good reviews on Yelp, so we went for it. The food was great! Between the 15 of us, we spread across the menu. No one had anything bad to say. I will say for Thai, they are pretty mild on their spice scale. If you usually get a 2/5, go for a 3 instead. Be a little patient with the wait staff if you are a larger party. I think the kitchen was relatively small so our food didn't all come out at the exact same time, but within just a few minutes. Overall, excellent food, value and atmosphere! A nice surprise !"

"I absolutely love this place! I came here for my first date, and our relationship is still going strong, haha. The food is incredibly delicious—the meat, tofu, rice, and noodles are all amazing, and I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! The service is also wonderful and very attentive. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to a boba tea shop and dessert place, which is a nice bonus. I’ll definitely be coming back many more times. (I’ll try to take pictures before I dig into the food next time!)"

"I would like to begin by saying a gentleman who, in my opinion, is very pleasant. Customer service is very important to me and I have thriveed it myself as an entrepreneur. I just want to say that I appreciate your kindness and hospitality. The young lady who works behind the counter in the register could use some lessons from you. Secondly, I would like to say that the food was not over the season, but for me this is good because I don't like my food very sharp, so the fact that I was able to tolerate it is a plus for me. In the end, I understand that oxen tails are very expensive, but I'm just about to do this compared to other Jamaican restaurants in Delaware, so please listen to me. I went to two other Jamaican restaurants and ordered big oxtails for half the price and get healthy portions. My only recommendation might be if you could scale the price a little. Except that I think you have a very nice restaurant the food is good and the presentation of the food is nice. Thank you."

"Today was the first time I visited this restaurant. I came here hoping to find the same j chicken I tasted a long time ago when an neighborhood auntie cooked some. I ordered j chicken with rice and beans (mixed with some kind of sauce). I was a dollar short, but the very gracious front desk person didn’t mind. While I was waiting for the food, I was admiring the cleanliness and the homely ambiance of the restaurant. Soon I got the food and hurried back home. As soon as I opened the lid, the smell and the look of the food captivated me. I knew immediately I went to the right place. I didn’t wait any longer. I dug right in. I was right. The food took me back at that exact moment when I had my first ever j chicken. I am so glad to have a place like this so close to home."

"They have the worst customer service EVER!!! Called to put in an online order, the girl who picked up the phone was so rude and hug up on me 2 times. Had to wait 35 minutes to finally figure out what was going on with my order and the girl on the phone was again VERY VERY RUDE about it! No customer service at all!!! There are so many other Nepali restaurants that have better food and wayyyy better customer service. Take your business somewhere else and get your money's worth!"

"This place is a hidden gem that offers a delicious and satisfying meal for your soul, perfect for those on the go. You'll find that the wait time and prices are comparable to fast food, but the quality is far superior—no processed food here! I absolutely adore the oxtails, which I often order, but I've also tried other dishes like the pork and brown stew chicken, both of which have become favorites of mine. "Completely disappointing – the food was stale, poorly made, greasy, and inconsistent, getting worse by the day. Since relocating from Homestead, their quality has declined significantly, and they haven’t been acceptable in recent years. I guess I’ll have to keep making the trip to Bridgeport, CT, for the consistently delicious Root Man restaurant. Unfortunately, Harford only offers mediocre Caribbean and Jamaican dining options. They don’t even deserve one star."
