"I was truly shocked by how terrible my experience was. Let’s break this down:
1. Upon our arrival, the restaurant was completely empty, while the new chicken place next door was bustling with customers. That should have been a warning sign right from the start. The floor was dirty, and the trash can didn’t fit properly in its cabinet, leaving the door wide open. Not exactly an appealing sight while dining.
2. The menu options were very limited, not just in entrees but also sides and especially drinks. The soda fountain was out of order, and there was no iced tea available. The only choices were bottled water and Diet Coke—nothing else!
3. The food was truly awful. The "country fried chicken" turned out to be a frozen patty that was just microwaved. It was rubbery, dry, and there was no gravy to accompany it. The cornbread was hard and dry, while the broccoli was completely soggy and lacked any crispness. To top it off, the food was served in Styrofoam takeout boxes.
This restaurant ranks among the worst I’ve ever visited, and it has the dubious honor of being the worst in terms of food. In my 40 years of life, I’ve never had such a terrible meal at a restaurant. With so many good options around Drum Hill, this one has no chance of surviving."
