"we have died here at least 8 times in the last 3 years. always excellent, service, eating and atmosphere. unfortunately they fell this time the ball. the service was very slow. no brot was made for 45 minutes because they waited for fresh bread to bake. When it arrived, it was not completely boiled. very doughy dinner lasted about 1 hour after the order arrive. there was no reason to work slowly. Eating came and was the greatest part good. the pizza was boiled and teigy. the pasta that accompanied the huh parmesan was cold. 3 times with the manager. he finally arrived with a huge piece of cake on a dish. I talked to him about my thinking and he immediately said, "I will compose the whole evening meal," he just went away. the server came around a minute later and said: "Tent dinner is with a nice evening " and went away. funny I just tried to offer my criticism at a restaurant that I enjoy very much. I didn't look for free dinner. by manager and server very bad and unprofessional handed over. Perhaps they need to remember that customers who are complaining or offering criticism really want to come back and want their business to be successful."

"Friendly hostess basically the only good thing about this restaurant.We ordered an appetizer , salad , main course . We weren’t even finished with the the appetizer when the salads and my entree arrived . Not my husband’s. I asked about his ..” oh … sorry it’s coming” .., also he had ordered an alcoholic drink , but asked for a glass of water too . It never came .So at one point we had our appetizer , salads and entrees on the table at one time . Sort of like a fast food restaurant, but with a more expensive menu.After that that the fast service ended .. we had to wait for a long time for the check to come … just sat there waiting … not even busy …This was our first and last going here we have been in Jupiter since 1998 and never gone here and none of our neighbors ever talked about going here) … l am honestly surprised it’s been in business as long as it has …and gotten so many positive reviews ?"

"The lobster roll is terrific. However, their pricing is misleading. The Monday special is $10 off the lobster roll entree. The only lobster roll on the menu comes with either salad or fries. So we ordered 2 , one with fries, one with salad. the total came to $74 a savings of $4 rather than $20. I doubt we will go again."

"Came in at 8pm- an hour before close. The girl at the host stand said “hi we close in an hour.” I said “okay, well it’s just me and my daughter. Can we still eat?” I really wish she would have just said no because she made the next hour really awful. She sat us down and turns out she was our waitress too. Wonderful. Every single time she spoke to us she mentioned how long it was before they closed. At about 8:20 she said I couldn’t order anything else because the cooks were cleaning the oven so me and my daughter got stuck splitting a meal. My daughter (she’s 4) started feeling sick and I wanted to leave but our waitress literally left and didn’t come back after that. I had to ask someone else for boxes and to find her so I could get the check. Theres no reason to treat someone so rudely just for wanting to get dinner. We didn’t see here for over 20 minutes and had been done with our meal for almost as long. By the time we got the check, We were literally cashing out at 5 minutes to 9. Our bill was 14 bucks and I tipped her 3 dollars and she was MAD. She literally rolled her eyes at me and snatched the money off the counter and shoved it in her pocket without looking up and said “next time please come in earlier because now I have all these tables to clean up” (note that there was another table with two men who cashed out right before us and another older man who is always there who cashed out after us but she didn’t say a word about it to either of them) It’s really upsetting because I’ve been coming here once a week with my daughter and friends for the past 3 months for the Greek food and the sandwhiches. I always leave tips that are 20 percent or more and I don’t stay that long. I was rushed out the door, treated like crap, and I’m so upset that this woman had some sort of chip on her shoulder the entire time we were there from the moment we walked in. I would never consider not tipping someone (maybe she had a bad day) but the comment at the end made me wish I didn’t! What kind of servers are you guys hiring here?!? I don’t even want to come back because of this experience"

"The only reason why this is a two star and not a one, is because their prices are admittedly very competitive, for the quantity of sushi you get. I used to not be picky about the quality, but after getting sick(see below), i'm beginning to question how they keep their prices so low compared to the other places in the area. The service is also terrible, but i'll the other google reviews cover that for me.I used to love this place when they can have All You Can Eat a few years ago, which is no longer available.The quality was average (esp the tuna) but it didn't seem unsafe. Unfortunately it seems both quality and price have gotten worse in the last few years.Thats okay right?No. Because the quality of the sushi is objectively subpar to other options in Columbus. This is what made the AYCE appealing.The sushi cannot be that bad right?No, because I have gotten diarrhea after eating here (which has lead to me writing this review). I am also not alone, as I have friends who used to eat here have had the same issue.I have eaten at most sushi places in Columbus, and even the American ones like Fusion haven't made me sick.I will say I've had been here before with no issues (when they had AYCE), so your experience may vary than my last visit.Tread carefully."

"The best salads, soups, and sandwiches in downtown Buffalo! The lasagna is amazing, and the chili is fantastic. Everything on the menu has been great, but I can’t get enough of the large Cajun steak peppercorn ranch salad. It must weigh between 3 to 5 pounds! It features an 8 oz steak perfectly seasoned with Cajun spices, and the homemade peppercorn ranch dressing really elevates it. At just $8 for lunch, it’s an unbeatable deal, especially downtown where most places charge $6 or $7 for portions that are a fraction of the size."

"I usually get take out. Pizza and Wings has gotten way to expensive but they also have fish fries during lent. Got one yesterday. The salads came in Dixie cups and they were 1/4 full. Two forks full. The fries were the bottom of the bag. All tiny nubs. Any larger fries were burnt and dry. The fish was big however full of raw batter. The kicker was waiting 60 minutes and paying $22 with their 15% tip at check out. Being from Buffalo I’m actually embarrassed. This meal was trash. I give 2 stars because it could have probably been worse. The bread was OK."

"Gave it one star because the first sub I ordered was good. The second time was terrible. I ordered a steak and cheese with onions and mushrooms. What I got was a soggy sub, literally wet, one mushroom, no onions, banana peppers and about half the meat that came in the first sub. They won’t get my money ever again.I have no choice but to update this review, about 45mins-1hr, I started feeling very sick, went to the bathroom and have been going non stop since. I’m having moderate stomach cramping, I’m pale and sweating. I feel miserable after eating that sub. I hate to leave this kind of a review and genuinely feel bad but this is what I’m experiencing."

"If I could give this place no stars I would. I ordered here for the first time and the pizza was the worst pizza I ever tried to eat. The dough was still raw and the sauce under the inch of cheese they piled on it for some reason was disgusting. I ordered medium wings and they tasted like plain. In the land of Buffalo pizza this place is below Dominos on the pizza scale."

"Went and had dinner. Ordered a decent variety to try the menu. Peanut Curry with lo mein. The lo mein was oily Funky Roll was okay California roll was not very great Eel roll strange temperature Octopus roll the octopus was similar in texture to gristle Udon noodles only ate a couple of bites and packaged the rest to take home Edamame good Kami Avacado salad good Chicken Satay with peanut sauce was good but a little more expensive than most in the area. From the moment we arrived we felt very unwelcomed by the hostess. She had a scowl on her face the entire time and rarely approached the table unless to ask if we wanted boxes or the check. I usually don’t have much complaint of restaurants and I speak fairly of my opinion. But I certainly won’t be back."

"Two INEDIBLE dinners. Ordered takeout dinners. Veal and Chicken parmigiana. Well veal was tougher than leather and painfully dry and snappy like rubber ?. Chicken appeared to have been reheated in a microwave for far too long. Pre-maid mozzarella sticks tasted as if they’ve been in a freezer since 2016. Shameful. We’ve visited this restaurant several times and have always had fantastic meals. This was an absolute mess. (even packed the wrong salad dressing)."

"We visited the restaurant so that the children could play while the adults enjoyed their meal. The servers were very friendly, but there was a lack of management. The manager, Jay, was busy on his phone at the front of the restaurant instead of assisting the busy kitchen and servers. He even turned away a group of ten customers, telling them the kitchen would take two hours to serve them, despite the fact that the restaurant was only a quarter full. This decision led to a loss of potential revenue from a family with kids who left. The food was good once it arrived, although it did take some time, and one of the burgers was undercooked. The games at the restaurant were fantastic. It may be a better idea to visit the restaurant just for the games until they improve their management."

"I often order from this restaurant for my family and myself, and we love it. While my kids prefer other pizza, I am a fan of their pizza so we take turns choosing on pizza night. However, when it comes to wings, we always go with this restaurant. My kids like mild wings while I prefer garlic parmesan. The delivery is always quick, the food is hot, and it is always cooked to my liking. Prices are generally high, but I find theirs to be reasonable for the quality. I haven't had a sub in a while so I can't comment on that, but when I have had them in the past, they were good. The atmosphere in the store is welcoming and the staff is friendly. They even remade my onion rings without me asking when they saw that they were overdone, as I had requested them extra crispy. Very kind people. Parking is convenient with a spacious lot and entrances off Union and a side street."

"This place is great. They have lots of vegan options labeled on the menu and almost all of the stir fry dishes and many of the noodle dishes can be made vegan (without fish paste or other animal ingredients just ask your server) vegetarian dishes can also be made without eggs. The Pad Woon Sen (no egg) is excellent and the eggplant stir fry and vegetable cashew stir fry with organic tofu is amazing. The lunch is best because it comes with a side salad or spring roll or something else extra ... be aware that the price jumps up a lot for dinner. Even though this place is a little pricey, the food is very very good, the atmosphere is pretty and the service is excellent. A good place for a special dinner out."
